I love prontos pizza. It's the best pizza ever. My favorite is the fratello pizza. It's one of there speciality pizzas. It's amazing and goes great with my dirty martini which they shack up well too. The owner is also great. He's always there. He checks on all tables to make sure everything is good and helps his servers out when needed. Just a wonderful establishment with great food

Rating (hot): 3.35 / 5
The sausage was properly fennel-seasoned with good flavor, though it leaned a little dry. The sauce was solid and pleasant, but stopped short of full expression—present, not punchy. The crust was adequate but lacked crispness, doing its job without distinction. The cheese showed slight rubberiness, which held up hot but raised concerns about its cold performance.
Cold test: Overnight refrigerated, the slice held its structure. The cheese set clean without waxiness, with only minimal oil at the crust interface, and the crust stayed dry and firm. Visually, it passed the cold test.
Rating (cold): 3.0 / 5
The slice was still good cold, though slightly less enjoyable than when hot.
Overall, I’d give them another try.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while and finally have the time. Pronto’s was actually the place we chose to cater our wedding, and overall the experience was very positive.
When we were searching for a caterer, we stopped by Pronto’s because it was close by and had good reviews. We let them know we were considering them for our wedding and asked if we could do a tasting. We were honestly expecting small sample portions, but they brought out generous plates of food — multiple chicken dishes, several versions of gnocchi (Alfredo, vodka sauce, etc.), and different salads. That alone made a great first impression.
The chicken dish we ended up choosing (Chicken Vicioso from their menu) was excellent. It was boneless, very tender, and full of flavor, with a nice balance of white wine and lemon. It was one of the standout items for us. The gnocchi was better with Alfredo than vodka sauce in our opinion — the gnocchi itself was good, but the sauce really carried the dish. The Caesar salad was simple but very fresh, which we appreciated.
We ended up going with Pronto’s for our wedding on September 28, 2024. The food on the wedding day was still very good. While it didn’t quite have the same “just-made” quality as the tasting (which is understandable given the volume of food being prepared), it was still delicious and our guests enjoyed it. If I were rating just the wedding-day food alone, it would be closer to a 4, but taken as a whole experience, Pronto’s absolutely deserves 5 stars.
Since then, we’ve gone back a few times and usually order the gnocchi with Alfredo sauce, which we continue to enjoy. The pricing for catering was very reasonable, the portions were generous, and the overall value was excellent.
I would definitely recommend Pronto’s, especially for catering or larger events. Solid food, fair pricing, and a great experience from start to finish.

a family member out of the blue wanted to order us pizzas. it was good but most of basil on margarita pizza was burnt but still flavorful and well cooked. maybe they should throw some fresh basil on pizza right after comes out of the oven? the sausage vegetables pizza my husband and his sister liked.

I don't rate things often but the food couldn't have been worse. The Alfredo tasted like it was from a jar. The side salad toppings were literally just raw mushrooms and red onions.. and the bread sticks were dry and overcooked. Very disappointed..

First and Last Time Here I called ahead to place my pizza order and repeated it three times because the girl on the phone sounded distracted and busy chatting with her coworkers. When I arrived to pick it up, I repeated my order again and she immediately told me I didn’t order that and insisted I said something else. Why would I order something I don’t even like?
Then the manager came out, read my order back to me, and when I explained what happened, he actually said, “Since this is your first time here, I’m going to believe my girls.” Unbelievable. No apology, no accountability just instant blame toward a paying customer. That’s not how you treat new customers, or any customer.
The food might be good, but the service and attitude were terrible. It’s disappointing and unprofessional! my first visit, and definitely my last!

I just want to give a huge shout out to the owner and the staff, I had a very nice gentleman assist me with my tasting for a catering event I had for my son’s homecoming dinner. I felt at home immediately with the great attentive service, delicious food and unbeatable prices. I also had great guidance on how to put the menu together and were very generous with the portions. Highly recommend! This is my absolute go to for great dine in and catering for Italian food, look no more and give this place a try!! It’s a must!!!

I ordered the pasta with chicken parm and an Italian beef, and honestly, both were really disappointing. The chicken was especially dry to the point of being pretty much inedible, and the Italian beef wasn’t much better. Maybe their pizza is different, but after this experience I don’t think I’ll be trying anything else here again.
