Went in tonight for dinner, not sure if they were short staffed or just that busy on a Tuesday. But despite that, everything was fantastic. Our server Tina was clearly a pro. Handling multiple tables, including a large party that sat right after us, all while training a new server. As an 18 year service industry vet myself, I know what she was handling and she made it look so easy. At no point did she look frazzled or in a bad mood or try to rush us. Multitasking queen that woman. We wanted for nothing the whole time we were there. She even slowed down to chat for a minute towards the end when she realized I was pregnant. Our food came out fast despite how busy it was. The gentleman I’m assuming was the manager was in the thick of everything: hosting, bussing, running food and drinks, taking drink orders, helping wherever he could. Everyone seemed to be helping everyone as a cohesive team should be doing.
Hats off to the staff working tonight. You all did amazing.

I used to be in love with the homemade cheesecake here but I hadn't ate here in a long time because I had moved away. I'm sorry to say that the cheesecake tastes totally different than it used to. The employee told me it's still homemade but that's impossible because it tastes totally different than before. I won't be eating here again. The mushrooms on the pizza also tasted canned.

Not a good experiance. Customer service was awful and the manager was a helping out his server that was new and he was being very rude to us. Unprofessional and I was appalled by the way he was acting towards us. There was two tables in the whole restaurant and our food took so long.

We order our pizzas online for delivery from Pronto's most Fridays. Their pizza is consistently great - the toppings are fresh and the crust has great flavor. The delivery is always fast and friendly. This week they went above and beyond. I accidentally ordered the pizza for takeout instead of my usual delivery. I quickly called and they switched it to delivery for me. Even though we paid online already, we were able to just pay the delivery fee in cash when it was delivered. I really appreciate this business going the extra mile. The pizza was great, as always.
extremely rude workers. around 6:30 pm this man on the phone called us back to let us know the cooks could not make our pizza the way we ordered it because it’s “not what they do, and they’ve never done it that way”. we’ve ordered this pizza on multiple occasions, so that was a lie .. regardless of that, the man that spoke to us on the phone was extremely rude and very patronizing. i don’t understand being rude to your customers. this experience was very disappointing and i would recommend working on customer service skills at this location.

We had our mom's Celebration of Life catered by Pronto's yesterday (9/21/24). On time delivery and FANTASTIC food which received many compliments from our guests. Thank you for making and bringing a second pan of beef so quickly! Excellent experience!

Would have given 5 stars in the past, but the last cheese pizza we had just tasted like salt. I wish they would go back the original Pronto’s recipes/ingredients for anything that changed after the ownership change. Some things are still 5 stars like pastas, house salad and dressing, but other things have changed.

Had a few of these grapefruit IPAs while we waited for our dinner, unbelievably delicious, hopefully they stock them routinely! Also, the blackened shrimp fettuccine alfredo was supreme.

The exspresso martini was not made right. We asked for 10in thin crust and did not get that. Was bit dissapointed.
