Sometimes when I come here I wonder if the ingredients are actually fresh especially when cutting them on the cutting board made out of plastic that looks like it’s never been cleaned. Buy a better cutting board that is not plastic. Other than that it’s a good place to get your healthy smoothies. Thank you.

I was really looking forward to trying an acaibowl from this place, but unfortunately my first experience was disappointing. The pineapples were extremely sour almost unpleasant to eat and the blueberries still had stems on them, which made the whole bowl feel rushed and careless. For something that's supposed to be fresh and enjoyable, this missed the mark. I expected better quality and attention to detail. Sadly, I won't be coming back

Not clean. Unprofessional behavior by workers. No air conditioning. , hot environments. Floor is dirty. Stuff spilled all over the floor and it’s noticeable when we first walked through the door. The worker did not agree us and acknowledged is since se bern in the store for approximately 4 minutes. While we were trying to figure out what to order. This was out first time visiting and it will be my last time.

I stopped by this location at 7:02 PM to get an açaí bowl, but unfortunately, I was refused service. The staff claimed they had already washed the station at 7 PM, even though the store was supposed to remain open until 9 PM. To make matters worse, the girl at the front desk had a terrible attitude towards customers. Based on this experience, I really cannot recommend this smoothie shop to anyone.

Come in during normal business hours to be told that they won't take the order because they close in 20 minutes. What place advertises to stay open till a certain time but then when people walk in during those times are refused?

Place was tidy a bit and decently clean, and my smoothie was good, but customer service is everything, the workers there have conceited attitudes and will look at you in confusion right when you walk in like you’re not supposed to be there, don’t greet, don’t say have a nice day or anything just uninterested personality’s.
Smoothies were way too thick, unremarkable flavor, and too much ice for three of the four drinks. For the price point, this should have been organic. It’s weird that they have zero organic options actually. Lobby was not tidy. Retail shelves were missing a lot of product. Wouldn’t return. Jamba isn’t organic but it’s def better. Btw there is a developing sinkhole in the parking lot (see pic) that is about to collapse. Janky.
