Come in during normal business hours to be told that they won't take the order because they close in 20 minutes. What place advertises to stay open till a certain time but then when people walk in during those times are refused?

Place was tidy a bit and decently clean, and my smoothie was good, but customer service is everything, the workers there have conceited attitudes and will look at you in confusion right when you walk in like you’re not supposed to be there, don’t greet, don’t say have a nice day or anything just uninterested personality’s.

Smoothies were way too thick, unremarkable flavor, and too much ice for three of the four drinks. For the price point, this should have been organic. It’s weird that they have zero organic options actually. Lobby was not tidy. Retail shelves were missing a lot of product. Wouldn’t return. Jamba isn’t organic but it’s def better. Btw there is a developing sinkhole in the parking lot (see pic) that is about to collapse. Janky.

I walked in to place and order and the girl with short curly hair didn’t bother to ask my order, instead was making another order for a good 10 minutes. I’m sure the order was for Uber or something as there was no one else in the store. At least she could’ve taken my order since I was a walk in. Didn’t even say I’ll be right with you or anything.
