Got to the location and it was still closed. Frustrated, I left the 1 star review. A few hours later I was contacted by Andres the manager at xgolf downers grove and he explained the mix up and apologized. Nowadays that goes a long way. Mistakes happen and it’s really refreshing when a company takes this approach. Thank you Andres for reaching out, it shows your commitment to the brand and to making sure that everyone that comes through the door has a top shelf experience.“

She was attentive, efficient, and friendly. She accommodated a party of 15 and made it look easy. We never had to look for her because she was constantly making her rounds and checking on us. “Me and my husband went there this past Friday with our two kids to have dinner. It was our first time there and for a Friday it was surpisingly not busy. Maybe that is because of all the outdoor festivals that is going on now. But as soon as we sat down a a short Blonde server who was dressed in all black greeted us and gave us menus. Our server was very nice and told us the specials and what pop products they have. We asked her what does she recommend from here. She then told us that they are well known for their broasted wings and broasted chicken dinner. I then asked what is her favorite from the menu. She said the chicken avocado melt, the wings and broasted chicken dinner. So we chose the wings and the chicken avocado melt. She then told us about their summer special that kids eat free, one kids meal per one adult order of an Entree on Friday, Saterday and Sunday from 4 pm to 7 pm. We told her wow that is a nice special. This place is huge and has alot of Arcade games, Air Hockey, Basketball hoop game, Darts and other games to occupy the kids. They have tons of projector T.V. and flat T.V. and have on all types of sports to watch since it is a sports bar and grill. All we can say was that our server did not let us down. She was spot on with her recommendations as the wings were big, juicy and delicouse. As well as the chicken avocado melt was just so good. Also the kids liked their meals and the free Ice cream that came with it. Overall we enjoyed our dinner, our time there, and the service. We just found a new spot that we will be comming back too.“

“This was literally a hidden gem for us. The service was great the guy who served us was extremely nice he checked with us regularly to ask if we needed anything else. We tried the fries which were good but we didn't have any food ... will be trying that next time. The place is very clean and nicely kept. There is great seating and the high chairs by the bar are comfortable. The slots machines were clean and I notice the guy serving us kept cleaning them regularly. The have complimentary soda water and snacks by the slot machines . My bf and I will definitely be coming back. Hope we have the same experience again !“

I came to this location on several week days and she is always so friendly, kind, attentive, makes excellent drinks, and is so warm and inviting she just makes you want to come back. I can't say enough good things about her! I also had the pleasure of meeting Kristen and Tony who were also wonderful! Shuffle's West is comfortable, relaxing, extremely clean, has a full bar, and is in a great location. Highly recommend!“
