I was there the other day and am still thinking about it. The guy working there, Pedro, was the most charismatic person I’ve ever seen working a job. He was thoughtful and asked many questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Will never go to a different one.

The guy who made my coffee made it horrible. I ordered a mocka cookie crumble and it was just milk and ice. He was in a hurry because he wanted to leave to talk to the girl he was talking to. I imagine she was a manager or something like that. awful.

In general it is like all the other stores of the same brand, the difference you find is the attention of the staff, everyone is very friendly, they serve quickly and diligently, I have always seen them smile, it never hurts to always stop by for a good coffee and a dessert

So I got a pink drink here and as soon as I got to my car, the red substance went to the bottom and the milk substance to the top. I believed the coconut milk was bad because it tasted really funky. Very nasty experience ??

I came in to place an order for a coffee and sandwich around 2:30pm and I had to interrupt Daniel as he continues to not event say a word to me while at the register. I started to order and finally he decided to actually work. I told him my sandwich order n he walked away and didn’t even finish my order. Has to be the worst Starbucks in the area 4 people getting paid but no one was working and on top of that I got to get a fork and all of there utensils are empty waited 5 minutes for a fork ended up walking away with no fork and a horrible lunch experience. I hope someone one tells Daniel he needs to actually work when he punches in and to stop talking to others openly when customers are present. Wouldn’t last a day at a job where there was a manager. Hope they retrain you guys at this location. Also it was not clean behind the counter. Zero starts for Daniel. Rude and should not work around people.

Asked for a decaf pour over since they weren’t brewing decaf anymore. Acted like it was a large inconvenience he could not accommodate. Then he tried to pull a fast one on me and gave me a decaf Americano instead at the hand off (which is bitter and why I don’t choose that option). Was remade. Now I’m wide awake when I should be sleeping, so thinking he gave me regular out of spite. Grrrr.

Got a special drink for my daughter today. She wanted something a little different then what was on the menu. She was brave enough to ask for the Carmel syrup on top instead of chocolate. The cashier said it was no problem. We get her drink and it's chocolate not Carmel as we asked. So I simply asked if she could add it. She got all sassy and proceeded to explain how I needed to know the difference between syrup and topping. So sorry I don't get coffee out often enough to know ?My daughter turned to me and says see why I don't like to order...It's something as simple as kindness not everyone knows the exact terms!Very disappointed starbucks ?

I told the barista of the sore throat I had and she suggested the medicine ball tea ☕ It was so delicious with a little ? and stevia I ordered on Amazon which was the best price $21 for 60bags teavana Jade citrus and teavana peach tranquility
