The advertisement of 100% beef Tallow cooked fries brought me in to check it out I've only ever been to one Steak and Shake previously so I was excited to try their meat and fries to me it all tasted kind of like Grease similar to Sonic's food the employees were nice everything was clean but not impressed with the food

The woman at the drive thru was super friendly. Food was good. Only knock is fill the cheese for the cheese fries to 4/5 instead of 2/3.

You have to enter everything on your own on a computer screen but I love them hamburgers!

Placed an order through their system and they still got my order wrong when I got home my family was mad 😡
I always have great experience I usually use the drive thru the food is always fresh and hot and the service got better and faster.

Employees are very polite here, was delivering an order and the drink carrier somehow broke. Employees remade the food promptly and the drinks because they care about their customers. Great service.

One manager lady is very rude. On top of this they charged me for an extra item that I didn’t order. The food was also below Steak ‘n Shake standards. Very unsatisfactory.

I just ordered online and waited for 22 minutes and the manager told me it's your fault.When you come in you need to tell someone.. Yeah that's not how you should do your business. Have it ready for me to pick up. Not sit there while my food is in a bag in the back while I'm waiting for 22 minutes.. Failed.. Not good guys and I'm a regular customer. Now I'm rethinking of not coming back from a rude management. Unacceptable on your behalf.
