One time I asked the guy for 3 shell tacos regular, and the guy gave me 3 shell tortillas. There was a hair in my taco as well, DISGUSTING. They need to be more professional

This taco bell makes quesadillas very well. They give you lots of cheese and sauce so you're not eating just tortilla. Unfortunately the service was slow, especially when you consider I placed my order ahead of time.

I arrived at 710pm to pick up a mobile order. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes or more was never acknowledged by any employee even tho 2 looked right at me. Finally 1 said give me just a second. I understand being busy, at least acknowledge the customer once you see them. It could even be the kitchen staff, acknowledgement goes a long way.
