Food and service was outstanding! I'll definitely be going back. Only downfall is there is almost nowhere to sit and it gets very crowded in there fast. Be ready to carry out if you go. It's still worth it though!

Tuesday and Thursday is $1.25 tacos.
The streak and chorizo tacos were good. The portion size is very small. They double up on tortillas .3 tacos small ones don't get you that full.

I told them the egg was well cooked and it was worth it and the hibiscus water ruined the tacos without lemons, the eggs rancheros were not eggs rancheros, they were fried eggs with a very liquid sauce, not like on the menu, which looked very disappointing. 🤔 🥹

Their salsas and horchata were phenomenal.

Vegetarian options: Cheese enchiladas are always delicious too! Vegetarian tacos, tomatoes lettuce cilantro, onion, etc. They also serve fries.

Best tacos hands down! I'm addicted to their tacos. Nice lady in the front, always smiles. There is a table or two, but it's a takeout place. Taco Tuesday and Thursday is a great deal. $1.50 each, street size tacos.

Nice staff, tiny place and dirty . Rice had no flavor, steak also falvorless., refried beans a bit dry but good. Enchiladas were dry needed more green salsa but tasted ok. Good quesadillas. Overall they need to work on their authentic Mexican seasoning and taste to their food..not sure how they got a 4.6 rating. Probably won't be going back which is disappointing as some of the little holes in wall type restaurants are fabulous.

When my mom and dad go out to our family’s regular Mexican restaurant, I always take a pass. I’ve always considered myself to not be a fan of Mexican food… Tacqueria El Compa has changed that. SO FREAKING DELICIOUS!!! I had the $1.25 Thursday special carnitas taco and woah. I would recommend this place to anyone.

SHUT UP. Best tacos in the suburbs… yea I said it. Consistent delicious morsels of heaven. I’ve been sleeping on this place for years and I’m mad about it. Best get you some tacos NOW!!
