Excellent Italian Beef Sandwich! Tender Beef and Au Jus bang on. Gyro sandwich flavourful and garnished beautifully. Well done!

Just the heads up and be careful when ordering food at this place.I ordered a large onion rings and the lady charged me twice and kept explaining to me. That the large orders of onion rings is considered. 2 bags of onion rings. Doesn't make sense to me. And I kept asking them if they have a large , small or medium size onion rings. Not coming back here again.

I will NEVER order food from you again. I ordered a hot dog and the bun was like a cement brick! Is that the kind of service you give your customers?? You ought to shut down! I knew I should have ordered Big Sammy’s to begin with. Lazy people

If your missing Chicago Fast Food on the go Flavors like Gyro’s Italian Beefs, Cheeseburgers, and yummy Chicken wings this is the place to go & its affordable! They have Special’s each day my favorite is the Gyro Sub shhh…it’s a secret menu item they make any sandwich special order and your food is always prepared fresh on the spot when you order nothing microwaved or sitting under any sort of heater waiting it made fresh to order only! Love this is best place for gyros steak sandwiches and the fresh fries are the best!

I've been here twice in the last week after my dad stopped in on a frigid day. He enjoyed their beef sandwich, and I decided to give them a try myself. I REALLY liked it. The volume of beef puts Portillo's Big Beef to SHAME, and it costs about a dollar less than theirs. I went back and had it a second time this week. The staff is friendly and make everything SUPER FAST. Definitely recommended!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed a to-go order, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. First, they claimed my order would be ready in 20 minutes, but I ended up waiting over 45 minutes after arriving at the restaurant. No apology, no updates just rude staff ignoring me at the counter.
When I finally got my food, it was completely wrong. Items were missing, and what I did receive was barely edible. The main dish was cold and soggy, as if it had been sitting out for hours. The side dishes were leaking all over the bag, and they didn’t even include the utensils or napkins I requested.
To make matters worse, when I called to complain, I was met with indifference. The old Lady was unhelpful and unapologetic, basically blaming me for their mistakes. Absolutely unacceptable.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid this restaurant at all costs.

They are fast and friendly with a large selection, from hamburgers & hot dogs to wings to pizza puffs and gyros. They are pretty reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. There are a few seats if you want to dine in at the even though the place is rather narrow. I have been going to Tommy's (Crystal Lake, they have several locations) for years and never disappointed. They even have "daily specials" to help save money, which is always a plus ( I like the two hot dogs, fries and drink special) it fills you up. Highly recommend this eatery.
