their food is good by the service horrible they do not take down your name when you order the phone, they don't speak English and they usually always forget something and if you try and call back forget it the lady is useless who again doesn't speak

Fries were okay, but the sandwich was incredible. Which is perfect because the sandwich is what I went there for. And service was above and beyond. The lady brought my food to my truck since I had my kids with me.Will certainly return.

So Today I Had Called And Placed An Order For Pick Up And My Understanding Is That They Close At 9pm.I Had Placed An Order Around 8:30 And Was Told That My Order Would Be Ready In 10 Minutes.And So I Arrived There About 10-15 Minutes Before Close Time And The Hispanic Lady Who Worked There Literally Stoped Me And Told Me To Leave Because They’ve Closed And I Tried To Explain To Her That I Only Came For A Pick Up Order That I Placed.And She Denied And Demanded Me To Leave.TOTALLY Unacceptable? !!!!I’ve Been Going To Tommy’s For 15 Years And Never Had Any Issues Up Until Then!!!?

Ordered the Philly cheese steak via door dash, delivery was fast and as expected, was definitely not a fan of this sandwich.. nothing like a traditional Philly.. it was basically a Italian beef with onion and cheese.. was expecting chopped up Ribeye like in the description.. I have had other things here that were definitely better than this.. please change the meal description for this item on your menu.

The food I have received has been good, but the issue is every time I order from here I literally only get half the order. Every Time!! How do you keep letting this happen. And then when I call multiple times, no one ever answers the phone. I tried to give it another chance, but I’m not going to risk getting half of my family’s dinner.
This has been a local spot for me forever. I would come here after middle school. Finally revisiting this place after years and it looks so different inside. It looks more modern and updated now. The people were friendly and quick to make the food. Usually, I stick with the gyro, but the Italian beef was the choice today. I was happy that I tried something new. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the ketchup, but that I can fix. Overall the food was really good and the service was fast. It's much nicer and cleaner than I remember it to be.

I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give zero. They have their business hours until 9pm. I have not gone there in a very long time. I went there at 8:15 one night and they already had the doors locked and were laughing behind the counter and talking to another, and ignored I was out front. The second time exact same situation. However, it was at 7:45. I knocked at the door because they already locked it and the woman with curly hair put her hand up motioning to "shoe" me away. Their prices have quadrupled and that is quite contradicting if they want to stay in business. You can't hike your prices expecting to make a profit and treat your customers like their inconvenient trash. Tommy's used to be one of my favorite places growing up, and now they treat their customers like they are a burden if you dare to try to come in and order food within 2 hours of their closing hours.
