I have frequented this Wendy’s on several occasions. Although the food quality is consistent, the establishment lacks fundamental customer service skills and does not feel welcoming. As a loyal fan of the brand, I believe this location has the potential to provide a much better experience.

Waited over 5 minutes no exaggeration to even get acknowledged in the front lobby let alone my order taken, 6 kids dancing around laughing and joking that won’t even look at you, then only one woman taking orders for the drive thru as well as lobby that looks old enough to be there grandmother, making her do all the work while they play around doing tic tok dances… worst service I’ve received in quite some time and these days that’s saying ALOT!

My order is never right and they will not help with making it right. The manager Maribel is very rude and disrespectful to customers. She refuses any kind of considerate customer service. She should not deal with the public!

I ordered the Son of Baconator meal, not realizing the sandwich itself was on sale for $3. Someone could have told me it would be cheaper to buy the items ala carte as opposed to the non-discounted meal. I was ripped off. And there was only one patty on my burger.

The nuggets had to be the best Wendy’s nuggets! They were the perfect temp and juicy…not like they had been sitting around. Unfortunately, I had a special order due to food restrictions and it was only partially correct. I would definitely go back to this location.
