At this specific Wendy's on North avenue in Glendale is horrible. You could be the only person in there and your food would still be cold. Most of the time the person that's on the register does not speak English. They understand what kind of burger you're asking for but if you have to ask them a question about anything they have no idea what you're saying. I don't recommend this specific Wendy's to anybody.

This Wendy's was very clean even the bathrooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was your basic Wendy's food, no complaints. They have a soda machine that you can pick and choose many different selections and even have where you can add flavors to regular soda like ginger ale which I did add vanilla. We had a single cheese burger with fries and a butter and chive baked potato. Our visit was 5 stars

The one Wendy's I know I can trust. The staff are very friendly and the food is a lot better quality than some other Wendy's I've gone too. There's hardly ever a line and if there is the line goes fast. Fav location by farParking: Always parking available with handicap parking up front

Food was not fresh, water down sprite. Customers' service was unpleasant at the drive-thru. This restaurant lobby is s close and construction at this time. I requested no onions on my burger, what I get when I open my food onions anyway. Fries cold..I went back to ask for a refund, and they refused to give me my refund on my debit card. There, refund policy statements said in the window, no cash refund, and with that being said, I was disappointed and discriminated
