Horribly ran location. The manager, Dimitri is the worst. I went in to place a 20 Wing order and 3 tenders, 2 fries. Waited around 25 mins just to drive all the way home open the bags and not have all of my food. I then called the store. Spoke to Dimitri and he apologized. I told him that I would be back shortly and that I would like my chicken and a refund for that chicken they forgot to compensate for my troubles. He was unable to refund it back to my card handed me the cash and then said were you expecting the chicken as well? I would normally never ask for anything, but the fact that I had to drive back up to the store while my food sits at home and gets cold to pick up the order that I did not get and then to be told that I still have to pay full price for it is horrible customer service. I’ll never shop here again, thanks!
