I'm not sure why they made the choice to leave the basket of fries open for a pick-up order and not put them in a container. I like the wings, but that was some bs.

I’m not usually the type of person to complain to a restaurant, let alone customer service. But today I got accused of trashing the men’s bathroom. Why would a 19 year old do so? She claimed she had footage, and when saying that my friend replies, “alright pull it up let us see it” and she replied, “well I can’t do that”. Like how does that make any sense. Rude customer service, and I’ve come to this wingstop so many times in my life I can’t even begin to count the amount of times I see that lady and she always has an attitude. I can tell she hates her job but why take it out on me or any of my friends by accusing us. She said we couldn’t enjoy our food inside of the wingstop, so we let her be and walked away. You can’t just accuse someone of doing so and not have any evidence.
