“This is generally a good location. The service is really good, the people are very pleasant. My only complaint is sometimes the order is incorrect. Specifically, the condiments as special requests are wrong or paid items are missing like bacon and cheese.“

“We got lunch last week and it was very good.
The cod sandwich was crispy, flaky & fresh with a nice soft roll. Everyone loved the beef sandwich and burgers. Some weren't crazy about the flavor of the sauce on the Spicy AF burger but said the actual burger was delicious (others did like the sauce- don't knock it till you try it). Sides & service were also great. We will return for sure. Only got a pic of the fish.“

“Have to say I've had plenty of Schoop's hamburgers over the years. Been to Munster twice. The second time was last week and I had a cheese burger with with mayo and tomato on wheat toast. That was by far the best burger I have ever, really ever had. It was neat with the condiments just right. Great job....“

“I came to the drive thru 15 mins before they was closing and the customer service was STILL extraordinary!! My food was fresh, drink wasn’t watered down and the night crew was friendly, funny and gave me a crown while my food was being made lol Great customer service is lacking nowadays but not at the Highland location! “This was my 1st time at Schoops, St John In., location. The food was fresh, and the waitress was excellent. 😋 The tuna melt was delicious, I asked for pickles, and she brought me some on the side. Yum! This is one of the few food establishments that I know of, (🤔maybe the only) that has/dispenses *Green River as a soda on their menu! 💚 My son loves the stuff!!! He drank 2-glasses with his freshly made burger and fries. #Delish“

“Came through the drive thru Saturday evening late....about a half hour before they closed. The girl who took our order was so sweet and polite. It was nice to hear someone be so kind and seem to love their job still so much despite all the craziness going on with places being short staffed. Our food was all correct and hot. I told the girl how she made my day and she was so thankful...definitely a great employee and someone they need to keep around. Keep up the good work!!“

“I must say they have some of the biggest, juicest, pork chops I've ever ate at any Maxwells ever and to be more specific if you've ever been to hog wild on Pulaski then you know what I'm taking about. I was already full at this point and got more left to eat. And I love onions on my fries, they dumped a lot of onions on my fries 😋. Then one time I had a polish so huge I was like wow I never had or seen a polish that big at any Maxwells ever.“

“well I'm really torn on if I should recommend or not... most of the time the food is fine but when it comes to fundraisers they are really really horrid. let's put a box out and not put anything on the box so the majority of the people have no idea about tossing their receipts in there for a cause... im pretty sure they make enough money where they can put something on the boxes for the customers... if they are so scared about losing money don't even bother... yesterday I was there around 4 and not one person threw a receipt in the box.. I was the first.... second fundraiser and second time unless you already knew, had no idea about it.. .“

“Wow, this place just brought back some fond memories. I was a teenager, just learning to drive and have a little independence. My siblings, cousins and maybe a friend or 2 would go bowling with us and when we finished bowling we would grab a bite to eat afterwards. It was the only place at that time and those tacos hit the spot then and they hit the spot now. Definitely want to try the jerk and the turkey tacos next.“
