Repeated phone calls to their management over the past two weeks, and to the Police to visit there to have it turned down on the rooftop. Just awful, the pounding, loud music, the profanity from the DJs, all to be heard with windows and doors closed. It is now 11:02 PM on Thursday, August 21. Had to call again because the noise and the pounding is so loud. Just awful! No respect for the community and those who have to Get up early and go to work. An awful place under awful management, And horrible that the village and village officials do not do anything to manage this horrible business!

It is now after 5:00 PM and the pounding is ripping through my house, my pictures are vibrating on the wall, and my dogs are scared have to death. I have called twice in the last half hour asking them to turn it down, because I can also hear the DJ’s profanity from inside my house, “MF, MF, shit, S, MF and more MF”. Shame on the management! Shame on the DJ! Shame on the village of Glenwood to let this continue
It is too noisy! Blasting of music and audio shaking the houses across the street. Residents have to listen to the music from inside their houses until late at night and early morning hours. No respect for the local residents!!
It is now Sunday night, 9:30 PM, and six hours after the owner posted this response below saying that here they have taken care of this problem. Yet the noise continues! The house continues to vibrate! Would seem like to me that the owner lied.

Again another night of pounding and music that can be heard it from inside the house from the pub and Grill, and with the doors closed and the windows closed. This after the owner says they instituted a plan so that this would never happen again. The owner should come over to the houses during this time and come inside and listen to The disturbance being caused to those homeowners and some sick individuals, we need to get rest.
It is Thursday, August 11 at 9:45 PM. Again even though the owners say they implemented a policy to prevent all of the above, the noise continues even at this time. Saxophones and loud music, noise vibrating the houses along Halsted Street in Glenwood Estates. The noise can be heard with all the windows closed and with the storm windows closed.
Maybe the owners need to reevaluate. I certainly have no problem with people eating and celebrating and enjoying themselves, even on the rooftop restaurant. Enjoy! But I also think, that those people who are celebrating and the owners should also have respect for those residents living near to the pub and Grill. The music and noise does not have to be blasting and vibrating. And yet, patrons continue to have fun and enjoy their lives.
It is Sunday evening, August 14, 2022, at 6:50 PM. The party is so loud, the music is so loud and the people are screaming and there is so much pounding! I am a half a block down Halsted Street and I cannot enjoy my backyard with my family or my front yard with my family because of all the noise. If it is this loud then the people who are at the restaurant cannot even hear themselves talk or breathe. Absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful to just be disturbing the peace of the community!

Yet it is Friday, August 19, at 10:30 PM and the noise and vibrations and the pounding or shaking the house and to be heard with the doors and windows shut. Totally disrespect from the owners!

I was there on Saturday the August 15...for one your security should NOT put there hands in woman purses ever!! Please read your laws.That is only done when someone has shop lift. Please fix ASAP!!!...We did have a big party the young lady never said how do you want to handle the check that should have been the first things she should have asked...So when our check came we had everyone's drinks and food on there and some of our guests had left. We didn't know that they had not paid 😕. So I took out the card and paid the bill .Please fix Thank you 😊

My catfish usually taste pretty good.. this visit it was tasteless and fried super hard. I was charge $15 for a side of onion rings utterly ridiculous and they were fried so hard my sister didn't eat them. Wings and drinks were good. The service was good. Not in a rush to visit again Could've went to Chili's ijs Just good for drinks and hangout
My husband and I dined in on 8/15/23. We really enjoyed the open concept. The food and service were decent. My husband had the catfish platter and I had the jumbo shrimp platter. My shrimp were seasoned just right, the catfish was a little bland, but the veggies were good. We only wish they did not put the food on the brown tissue paper that covered the plate. When we cut shrimp/fish, the paper came off on the fork as well. A few times had to remove the paper from our mouths. What I did not like is the auto 18% gratuity. - especially with how service can be these days. I am aware of automatic tipping for large groups 5 or more (mostly fine dining), but definitely not for two people. If I recommend this place, I will definitely let them know about the automatic 18% tip. One more thing- no one should ever have to ask for the check - the server should always present the check before asking for payment.
