Went in at 3pm on a Sunday, and my family and I were seriously unimpressed. We received the wrong drink and a double cheeseburger instead of a spicy chicken sandwich. The supervisor on duty did not seem happy with the staff, and was yelling at the line the entire time we were waiting inside. The food itself was fine (even though they got two orders wrong), but this store definitely needs a different management style.

Bring a manager at Wendy’s . Going here to get my kids food was a DISAPPOINTMENT. Only one order in drive through ? A lie max is two . Then they gave a bacon cheese fry barley any nacho cheese and no shredded cheese!!! Please get these employees together . Manager was rude and mad facing another manager , customer satisfaction is top tier at my Wendy’s . Don’t send out anything you will not eat . Would love to speak to the GM

Let me just say this is hands down the cleanest Wendy's I have ever been to. The service was great I didn't wait even 5 seconds before being greeted. I have left so many bad reviews I had to shout out a good review for this wendys.

This is the only Wendy’s that makes my order right everytime I come. The Manager who is usually on duty is a middle aged to older black gentleman and he works the drive thru window. Always nice and polite and my order is always lettuce wrapped and fresh. It’s not a small thing. Thank you!

One of the worst drive-thrus in the area. Spent 10 minutes in line to never move. Update 4/9/25: placed a mobile order only to arrive in the lobby to be ignored for 5 minutes. Cancelled the order. This is one of the most poorly managed Wendy's that I've ever witnessed. The management that is in place now is clearly in over their head. 4/16/25: This Wendy's just can't get it right. Place a mobile order and hopes that it would be ready when I got there. Waited 10 minutes only for the order not to be ready. Left without did once again.This Wendy's just needs to be shut down.

this place is utterly disgusting. looks like they haven’t cleaned this place in years. the service is so poor, terrible and horrid. they take way too long and seem like they have no sense of time. workers have so much attitude for no reason. honestly not surprised since this area is ghetto and so are the workers.
