The last 3 times I went I ordered food and it was Luke warm. I always go in I like to see how my food is prepared. There is definitely more conversation than working. It is far from work talk. At least make my food proper then continue your conversation. AS GROWN PPL WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BE TOLD THIS!

Ordered and asked for fresh fries and nuggets since I was served cold food on my previous visit. Still got old fries and nuggets. The night crew don't care, lunch crew is much better.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item and realized it almost immediately. I asked to cancel the order and made it clear that I did not want to receive any of the food. Despite this, the staff refused to cancel the transaction and refused to issue a refund.
The response was dismissive and unprofessional. I was told there was no way to refund the order because the register “does not have a refund button,” which does not seem accurate. The staff refused to give me my money back because they did not want to remake the order.
Mistakes happen, but refusing to cancel an order that was not yet accepted and keeping the customer’s money is unacceptable. This experience reflects very poorly on the management at this location.

Food is always hot, my salad was prepared perfectly today and chicken tastes and temperature wise tells me it was freshly cooked. the one star off is because i did wait a bit for a mobile order i had given time to pick up. other than that staff is nice, it’s clean, and food is fresh!

They have a terrible customer service the manager on duty Very arrogant and spoiled By the way, I forgot to ask for the name. But the experience was terrible. I'm not going back to that Wendy's.

They do not listen at all. They charge you extra for ingredients and they still don't give you what you pay for. I got a plain Dave Double with mayo, ketchup, and onion after being specific with my order. I said No Pickle No Mustard Add Tomato, Ketchup, Extra Onions, Extra Lettuce w/ Cheese. No one is answering the phones. It gives a signal like the phone is off. They have really pissed me off. 10/07/2025 12:45am to be exact. Just sorry. I want what I spend my money for when it comes to ordering my food. No receipt. No ketchup packages in the bag. 1 napkin. Just sad. Returned the meal.

Went in at 3pm on a Sunday, and my family and I were seriously unimpressed. We received the wrong drink and a double cheeseburger instead of a spicy chicken sandwich. The supervisor on duty did not seem happy with the staff, and was yelling at the line the entire time we were waiting inside. The food itself was fine (even though they got two orders wrong), but this store definitely needs a different management style.
Bring a manager at Wendy’s . Going here to get my kids food was a DISAPPOINTMENT. Only one order in drive through ? A lie max is two . Then they gave a bacon cheese fry barley any nacho cheese and no shredded cheese!!! Please get these employees together . Manager was rude and mad facing another manager , customer satisfaction is top tier at my Wendy’s . Don’t send out anything you will not eat . Would love to speak to the GM
