Painfully slow.3:30 in the afternoon, not really a peak time.Sat for 10 minutes while a single car in front of me in driveway through waited to order. When I pulled up to the microphone, I was told 'be right with you'. 10-12 minutes without hearing anything else I left. Luckily the car behind me was able to back up, curbs all along drive through not allowing you to leave once in line.

We went through the drive through this evening around 3 pm in godfrey il.There was a really pleasant and nice young black gentleman at the window , his attitude and personality were top notch. It made the experience even more pleasant. He seemed like he was a hard worker .Hats off to him . Really

Ordered ahead online and was told when I got there my order wasn't ready and it would be 15 mins or so, I sat down to wait and overheard a worker tell another they were out of burgers, nobody came to tell me that they couldn't complete my order. I went to the counter only to be told THEN that they couldn't make it and was not offered a substitute after I requested a refund since I couldn't get what I ordered, only foe the very rude lady to tell me she can't give me a refund. I had to call corporate for that, and it's going to take 3-5 days for it to go back on my card. That place needs better management. Never again will I visit that place.

Ordered my food through the Arby's app. Went in about 1 minute before it would be done, lady up front was very kind and helpful. She asked if I had the mobile order and stated yes. She said it would be done real soon she wanted to wait to make the shakes until we got there, which I believe was very kind. She handed the order and I left. All of the food was amazing. I had the French dip and it was amazing!

My husband and I just went to this Arby's drive thru 7:15 p.m. We were told that "they" had just cleaned up for the night and were not serving anymore people, however online and posted on the locations door it states that this particular location is open until 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This Arby's has the worst customer service and customer experience in the Godfrey, IL area and never seems to disappoint on the dissatisfaction meter. If you're looking for a fast food location that makes its own hours, provides sub par food and has a working staff that should be behind scenes more than customer faced THIS IS YOUR PLACE. If I could provide a negative star experience I would. How this Arby's hasn't been torn down for another Godftey, IL coffee shop is beyond me. Arby's corporate if this is your owned location you should be ashamed, if this is a franchise attention owners you need to give most of if not all of your current night shift employees the pink slip and start over!

This was the best Arby's experience of my life. The staff was friendly and in good spirits. The gentleman in the POLO who was an older gentleman was wonderfully kind and considerate of every order. The food was phenomenal, and overall was great.

If you go in there there will be a minimum of a 10 minute wait before you are acknowledged.Expect cold fries every time. I believe they drop fries about once an hour. So unless you just happen to be there at that time, they will be cold. Food is extremely overpriced for what you get.Pro tip: they have a bell in the dining room. It's meant to be rung when you have good service and leave happy. This is unlikely to happen. A better use for it would be to ring it to get their attention when they are ignoring you.

Had the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Waited 30 minutes after placing my order with no way to exitthe line. No apology, no acknowledgement whatsoever. They tried to give me a melted jamocha shake that had been sitting on the counter which I refused and had remade. Ended up with cold leathery chicken tenders and soggy room temperature curly fries. Will not return. Lesson learned.
