I ordered French fries and the first batch I received was very old. I asked for fresh, hot ones, and the employee brought me another batch, asking me to check them. Unfortunately, they still weren’t hot, but I didn’t want to wait any longer, so I just accepted them. I’m not sure why I was asked to check them myself—it seems like they don’t really understand what hot, fresh fries should be.

No ice in my drink to start it off. No bread on my 4 piece chicken tender basket and no napkins with chicken tenders. For $12 I won’t be back.

This is a pretty common experience for dining in this area. A good portion of promotional menu items were not even available to order due to inventory shortages. Almost every table in the restaurant was dirty' I opened up my ice cream and 30% of it fell on me.
Offer me a generous salary and the gm spot and we could get this fixed. Lol
