Staff was friendly and greeted us when we came in. Food was quick, hot, and fresh! When our food was brought out to us, she made sure to check we had everything we needed. Restaurant was very clean and well stocked. First time through, highly recommend!

Third time coming for the New York royal cheesecake blizzard. They seem to think one or no pieces of cheesecake bites is acceptable. Things are too pricey to be ripped off!
This place is slowly going downhill. Nowadays there’s chatty girls at the counter and window talking over your ice cream and food, which is a big turn off

as a former fast food worker myself, i understand the stress of a rush. what i don’t understand is airheaded levels of incompetence! i asked for cheese curds as the side with my chicken box and requested gravy, so she typed it in and the asked me what sauce. i repeated myself because i understand not hearing the first time, so she goes what sauce for the cheese curds? and i say… gravy. and for some reason my box comes out and there’s ranch and no gravy. the audacity to look me dead in my eyes, absorb my answer, and still get it wrong baffles me to an insurmountable extent. that or the whole kitchen needs a new pair of costco readers.

I ordered French fries and the first batch I received was very old. I asked for fresh, hot ones, and the employee brought me another batch, asking me to check them. Unfortunately, they still weren’t hot, but I didn’t want to wait any longer, so I just accepted them. I’m not sure why I was asked to check them myself—it seems like they don’t really understand what hot, fresh fries should be.

I waited over 15 minutes and got my food and it was cold and my toast was brick hard and I called and the manager HARSH was very rude
