The app was 50 mins and never updated. I went in at 50 mins and was told my pizza was about to go in the oven and would be ready in 15 mins. it was carside delivery that never came, so called to check and was told I didn't have an order. I went inside to cancel and the order I didn't have was canceled. this is the second horrible experience I've had. I will NEVER order from Dominos
4 out of 4 times I've ordered from this location I had to wait 2 hours for my food. Never once did they ever call to say that there will be a long wait time. or even apologize for anything. This is the last time very highly recommend Papa Johns they might cost a little more but the quality of the pizza and customer service blows this place out of the water.
Ordered a medium and a large pizza at 5:45PM. I called at 6:45 PM to check on the status. I was told it is almost ready to be put in the oven and I would get it 25 minutes. Both pizzas were delivered at 7:30. The large pizza was put in a medium sized box which made part of the pizza fold over on itself. I think we are probably done with this Dominos for awhile…..
