Ordered a pizza, was delivered over an hour later. When opened, it was not the pizza I ordered. Called the store, spoke to an Asst Mgr., who assured me they'd get the correct pizza right away. 2 hrs. later, NO PIZZA. Called the store again spoke to the same manager. He was clueless as to why the pizza had not been delivered. He appeared to be unconcerned and offered me a $2 credit. Dude, I just want my pizza! After being put on hold for 10 mins., he returned to the phone with no explanation or suggestions to correct their mistake. I asked for a full refund and will no longer be a Domino's customer!!!!!

These idiots can not get an online order correct they forget items and refuse to deliver to an area in their delivery zone simply because of their perceived notion of it being a dangerous area. We live around a bunch of families and in an area with almost no crime at all but will deliver to a drug filled infested area because it is safe. And when the screw the order up they refuse to fix it making people out of money. Thos store and all employees are rude dirty idiots. If you want them to stop delivery to your area ibguess don't tip or ask you neighbors to not tip enough.

I have ordered from this store multiple times and within the last 3 orders it has taken over 2+ hours for me to get a pizza. I live 2 miles down the road. I have had to drive there to pick up a pizza after ordering it on delivery multiple times. This is getting outrageous. They always say they are “short staffed” but I never have any problems with any of the other pizza chains near me. Unreal

I'll start by saying that Godfrey store was always great to me until Friday the 19th of January 2024. I'm a regular also I spend so much with the Godfrey store it's unreal. My rating use to be 5 but I have a sour taste in my mouth now. I ordered a couple days prior to the 19th as well and on that day they forgot some of my food so the driver came back and still got it wrong again like how TF do you forget something that you literally just forgot lol baffled me. I called and it was credited to my account. I called on the 19th to order again and use my credits and they only credited one item. So I asked them to look into why my credits didn't all get out on there and the ladies name started with a K I think it was Kelly or something like that that I talked to and she put me on hold for over 20 mins and even came back 10 mins and told me her manager said it'll be a second longer then another 10 mins go by and still on hold. I hung up and then the manager answered and said she didn't know nothing about the call so it left a rather sour taste in my mouth. Needless to say the Godfrey store needs a new owner and employees and new management. I work hard for my money so it felt like y'all was running my pockets. Pure disrespect.

Worst customer service! Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional, to even be in a role of “management”. Delivery driver Elijah is also extremely rude and unprofessional. Both are liars and scammers! Beware!! Was even bad that their other employees had to APOLOGIZE on their behalf for THE MANAGER AND DRIVERS behavior. Don’t order pizza from here unless you want to deal with liars who said they delivered your pizza then refuse to make you new pizza, and hang up on you on the phone. Then call the police on you and THEN try to deliver your pizza after alllllll that, to try and cover her tracks and lies! Horrible establishment!!

Would give zero stars made an online order payed with my debit card wait for delivery. Well they delivered to the wrong house and told me there was nothing they can do for stolen pizza but THEY are the ones that delivered it to the wrong house! Never pay them with debit card better give them cash at the door so if someone else gets your order your not out the money!
Delivered food to wrong address the neibor kid had his hands all over it and was eating it before his mom realiaed what was going on and knocked on our door I called to explain they delivered it to 16 and not 14 some one else got the food all I wanted was a replacment order they refused to help when there mistake cost me $50 and nothing for it. They said that nothing they could do poor mangment. Neibor kid got a free meal out of the deal! Way to go not

I’ve been waiting over an hour on a single large thin crust pepperoni pizza for over and hour. When I called in about it they said they would just now put the pizza in the oven. I should get my money back.m, and you definitely don’t deserve a tip.Edit: After an hour and a half I drove up there to cancel my order and get my money back. They said it was going to be another hourwhen I first got there. Unreal.

I ordered a pizza 2 hours ago and it said it was "on its way soon" and then it suddenly switched to just put in the oven... after 2 hours! Even if their busy it is absolutely ridiculous to take 2 hours to even start cooking your food without any notice or even a phone call. And the kid on the phone couldn't have cared less. I wouldn't order from this place again. Their pizzas are usually undercooked as it is. Don't waste your time.
