Absolutely terrible service. The people working at 930 am Sunday September 8, 2024- Godfrey location. I paid for my drink and had to leave because it was going on a 30 minute wait time. Shivers is the only place to go.

I live closer to the Alton location but drive the extra mile to the Godfrey location drive thru because the girls who work there are always so cool & sweet💞 Today one of them wrote something on my cup and it made my day. I’m in the process of moving to Wood River but will still drive up to Godfrey for my coffee even though it’s even further now😅

Drive-thru as daughter loves their hot chocolate. Paid w credit card and tip option given. I feel tip if one serves my table. We waited 4 min. 29 seconds, and l noted slow inside...

I love all other Germania Coffee shops in the area but the customer service at this one was terrible. The girl didn't take my rewards told me she did and made me repeat my order multiple times after being spoken clearly the first 3 times

Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Stars all around, they’re great! Their cinnamon roll Latte really does taste like a cinnamon roll. The first time I ordered it, I ordered a small size, and it tasted absolutely perfect! The second time, (I really need more caffeine) I ordered the regular size which is probably about 12 ounces of liquid. They use two shots of espresso in the hot regular sized drink, but if you want it to be iced then you will only get one shot of espresso. Because there’s more espresso in the regular sized drink versus the small, some of the sweet, cinnamon roll taste has given way to the espresso…maybe I will have them add some extra flavoring next time and tweak it to my taste. It’s amazing, and their tasty apple cider doughnut is nice and soft and spongy.?

This place is sick, yo. Only the realest of the real work here. You gotta be tough enough to eat a bowl of nails without milk, just to walk in the door. This ain't your corporate coffee. Nor is it your mustache twirling, fart sniffing, nerd coffee. It's just good coffee done real good, and that's real.

I'm a frequent visitor and I have never had a negative experience with this location. They are always clean and polite. The drinks are my absolute favorite. It's my favorite thing ever when they draw little pictures on my cup as it brightens my day!
