The only thing I really from Hardee's red burrito is their chicken taco salads. That is why Hardee's red burrito is called red burrito. Because they have Mexican type of food. I do not like taco bell. I love the Hardee's chicken taco salads. Why does the Godfrey Hardee's red burrito not serve the dang taco salads? I left and did not order. You pissed me off Hardee's. Do better.

The last 3 times I have came to this certain establishment at around 7:45-8pm after finishing shopping at the Sam’s Club across the street, the employee answering the drive thru is very unfriendly. I ask for just a moment and they respond with no problem. Then once I go to order, you hear them talking to another person saying Jesus about time. I went to order chicken tenders/ chicken wraps at all 3 occasions and i have been told they are out of chicken for the day or there chicken warming light is off. So I have had to proceed to the Hardee’s down the road by SWIC in Belleville IL which makes it later for myself and my family to be able to eat due to employee negligence that could easily be avoided.

Using the App is Crap!
I'm going to start by saying the employees work on Sunday Nov. 24th at 445pm kicked butt. I worked in food services for 18+ years and recognize hustle. They rocked it despite there being only two people that I could see, possibly a third in back out of eye sight.
My problem comes from the App and how I had to wait for 20 minutes despite it saying my food was ready. I stood there and watched them serve the one person in the lobby and one car in the drive through when I walked in. I was greeted at the earliest chance and then watched and heard three drive through orders as well as an additional lobby order be taken, paid for, made, and given to customers before my food was even begun.
Your signage states "Skip the line, use the app!" Was hoping my food would have been ready at 440pm as the app stated but I understand there might be a few minutes delay. But after watching these hard working employees tend to the other customers and me not receiving my food until 501pm to say I was frustrated and disappointed is an understatement. I'm not mad at the employees, Im mad at Hardee's and their systems. What is the benefit of ordering through the app if you aren't going to make my food until after I've arrived. I should have gone through the line like other people.
Reevaluate the app and how you make orders. Put me in the line and make the food in the order it comes in. Don't leave a customer standing in the lobby for 20 minutes seething that they can't cancel and get their money or yelling at the staff that aren't at fault for your crappy App.
The people are friendly but the food isn't what it used to be. I ordered the tacos. They used to be as really good and full. Now you're left asking, here's the shell but where's the rest of it!...

I was told by one of the cashiers that she wasn't allowing me to order because her cook wasn't present around 4:10pm. Also saw one of the employees hop in through the drive thru window with a dollar general bag in her hand, I'm assuming that was the cook that she was talking about. I believe the drive thru window is being used as a blind spot by this employee to exit and enter the restaurant when they aren't supposed to. Very disappointed with this visit.

My grandson Emori and I enjoy going there for breakfast his favorite biscuits and gravy. Great food and service. Only had a couple time it was cold. But 90 percent of the time hot. So I definitely give Godfrey Hardee's a thumbs up

Chelsea is the reason I will go back to this location she was friendly and greeted us with a smile took our order made us laugh and we received HOT fresh food without anything missing ! Go Chelsea girl !
