Ordered a pizza and they failed to put the order in again! Poor communication with this group I get IMOs all the time but NOT from here. Once I put the order in it was more than what it was when I called ahead. I was told that it would be quick less than 5 mins but after 15 mins here I sit. You have been warned. I don’t usually get upset but there was no offer to make it better and AGAIN it cost mor!. At least the lady at the counter was honest and said she remembered my wife calling. I spoke to the manager at the end who said his name was Kyle and let him know what happened all he said was “OH I DIDNT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. &&@@ management at its best. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT THIS SERVICE!! Thanks Kyle!
