owners take tips, the waitresses and those who work online pickup orders do not receive them. they have no courtesy or respect for their employees, katie cleans coffee pots and soda nozzles with bleach, (should be soaked in sanatizer solution or soapy water for future reference) not only is this a health hazard due to the chemicals but it also degraded part of the machine and we end up ingesting those bits. toxic work environment due to management. management will also post about...read full review
While the food was delicious, the service was horrible. Even though there were only two other people in restaurant when we arrived and there were multiple staff at front counter talking, we waited over 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, let alone take our order. Drinks were not brought out at same time. Very disappointing
Macy, Glorea and Lindsey are very good and took very good care of me. the food is so fire.
