On 7/21/25 popped through drive through at 9:40. Dispute being open till ten they told us ovens were turned off and they are not making pizza. That it would be past close before the ovens heat back up. She said well we haven’t had a customer in 45 mins so we decided to close early.

It cost more to get a pizza with no cheese thats ridiculous how dose something with less ingredients cost more? I got them to remove the extra charger when i picked it up which saved me over $4. Its so stupid to change so much to no put cheese on a pizza

My pizzas were hot and ready at the time I requested them in the mobile app. I picked them up in the drive thru but had to park and go back in when I noticed they shorted me a crazy sauces. It's forgivable. But when I got home my wife nearly broke her tooth on a piece of metal in her Hawaiian pizza. As bad as that is, I get that mistakes happen. However, I attempted to call the store and let them know what happened so perhaps they could stop it from happening to the next person. But after calling no less than 12 times, I never got an answer. And their voicemail is not set up. There's no way they were that busy that one of them couldn't answer the phone. Probably going to be awhile before I go back to this store. Or any Little Caesars for that matter.

This is the 4th time I have asked for crazy crust on my pizza and it is has never been put on. Doesn’t matter if I go inside, call in an order or go through the drive through. It’s never correct. I feel like this place has gone downhill in the last few years.

I ordered at the drive-thru, received my order confirmation and total, and pulled forward money in hand, prepared for a little wait. I waited at the window for 15 minutes. No one came to the window. I did not see anyone in the store before I left, unable to wait any longer. I understand if the store is busy, but this seemd like short-staffing to an absurd degree.

Its a cheap fast place for pizza. Not the best pizza but for the money, its worth it
