I seen better elsewhere. Food was great, but asked for a medium fry only for a small fry, and asked for cookies and never got them. Absolutely terrible looks from the drive through windows too. Would not suggest.

Getting to busy for the location to handle the crowd with the size lot they have
I tried to use a code for a free fry through the mobile app, but it wasn’t working. When I told the drive-through staff about the code, they directed me to the window to pay. I reminded them about the code, but they said the system wasn’t working and refused to adjust the price manually. As a result, I had to pay $9.70 instead of $5.50. I felt the staff didn’t handle the situation appropriately and could have resolved the issue on their end. My burger was wrong had to drive back and get corrected added 40 minutes that I won’t get back
- Mobile app code not working - Drive-through staff not offering a solution or adjusting the order manually - Ended up paying more than expected
The staff should have made an effort to correct the issue, especially when it’s a problem with the system, not the customer.

SLOWEST place around!!! ? 22 minutes in drive thru. Only 1 lane open at Godfrey location most of the time lately. Bad management. Staff has NO sense of urgency & look like they hate their jobs. Place has really gone down hill. What a shame. Food was luke warm & I tasted it as soon as I got it
Waited 45 minutes for food. Finally when food came out it was cold and gross. Soda has no syrup. Play please not clean. 0 stars and don’t recommed

The burger was great but my fries weren't very good and my friends agreed. The fries are normally pretty good here. Not sure what the disconnect was today I hope they will be better next time.
