This location used to be a great location for me, meaning they always had my order right and in a timely manner.
But here over the past few months whether I go through the drive through or place a mobile order they short me of items that I asked for (which mind you I paid money for).
I am unsure what the deal is, but its frustrating to ask for something and not receive it even though you paid extra for it.

Came by for breakfast. Got a biscuit and gravy in the drive thru. Got to my destination and broke out my order. I had a half a cup of heavily peppered gravy. First it barely covered the biscuit. Second, after a couple of bites I had to throw it away because of how much pepper was in the gravy. I couldn't call, come back by, or even send someone to take care of it. Are these normal practices?

Never fails every time go to Godfrey McDonald's order always wrong. Out of 3 happy meals only 1 with apples. Last time spent 45 minutes in online order pickup while I watched 12 cars get their food numerous times asked about my food was told they would check then finayhad to go inside to get it. All the while staff standing around talking & 1 girl sitting on counter. Never again & no response from management on reviews.

Made a DoorDash order, they didn’t put my burgers in the bag, made another order and called and asked if I could get my burgers they forgot, the lady that answered the phone was rude and refused to give me my burgers that I paid for

I don’t what day shift be doing food always old bread old and hard on the Qp. Old fries and watered down hi C ! But that Night shift be on point all food fresh hot they take their time! Shout out to night shift crew!

I experienced the worst customer service on Monday… I was met at the door by a McDonald’s worker that told me that her lobby was closed due to being short-staffed (even though I counted 10+ workers and customers standing in the lobby).. so I ask “is it okay if we (my nephew and lil cousins) order food through the drive-thru and go to the playland area to play and the McDonald’s worker told me “yes”. After we (my nephew and lil cousins) order our food and sit down in the Playland area and start eating, we were approached by another McDonalds worker who told me “we need to leave” , so ofcourse im confused because I was just told by the female worker that we are allowed to sit in there and the kids can play (hence it’s my nephew’s BIRTHDAY and he wanted to play in the Playland area with his cousins to celebrate)… so I ask male worker “can I please to a manager?” he walks out and walks right back in and says “she’s busy at the moment ma’am, but you guys need to leave” so I says again “I need to speak to a manager and get a refund or voucher since I was told one thing by one worker and another thing before I ordered food and now that we’ve sat down and starting eating, I’m getting told we need to leave” . As I’m a gathering up our food and walking out, the boys (my nephew and little cousins) wanted refills, so as they are getting more to drink, the sodas are splashing on their shirts and the guy who told us “we need to leave” is sitting there watching instead of saying “sorry ma’am, we just turned the machine off” or offering to fill up their cups in the drive-thru area. I go to speak with the “manager” to explain the situation to her about how rude her male worker was to us and asked her to admit what she said to all her coworkers about us being able to order food through the drive-thru and play in Playland. She starts cussing and threatening to call the police because I am asking for a voucher or refund, so moral of the story… don’t go to this McDonald’s.. THEY ARE RUDE

Workers told my girlfriend and I they weren't making milkshakes or mcflurries. It was almost closing time and sure they had probably already cleaned the ice cream machine so they didn't want to have to clean it again, also when we got to the window it smelled highly of Marijuana. Terrible experience! If we could give negative stars we would.

Encountered the staff at this location around 7 pm. The vast amount of employees visibly working made the interaction disgusting and ridiculous. The lack of care for attention to detail after multiple attempts to correct a staff based error was nothing less of vacuous. An error made due to preference is one thing, however, an error affecting health and allergies is not something to overlook or become ill-tempered and indifferent about. This resulted in poor customer service and a bad experience. Personally I will not return as health is of utmost importance and the referenced allergy will always be a factor. The associates ability to understand this concept is not one I'd like to test. I also prefer to spend money in places that value me as the customer as well as my time and money.

They pull literally every car in the drive thru because it makes their drive thru times look better. 5-6 cars parked at a time waiting on their orders. Such a horrible business model of cheating.
