Service was very friendly. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. A bit pricey though. The atmosphere was a typical bar and grill but the speaker and music right by our table made talking with each other difficult a few times.

They shouldn't sit tables outside and you inform them your sitting outside with your family wait wait wait and still no one' comes out to get your drinks order or your food order after waiting 15 minutes won't be back.

Hubby and l are trying different restaurants located near our home. The restaurant opened in 1960. It has a large bar and local crowd in the Godfrey area. Everyone was welcoming and kind. It appeared to be one waitress, and she was a super server. In my opinion, she earned her 25% as she changed the TV to tennis, so my 71-year-old husband would sit down? I also like the help yourself shelf with carry out containers, condiments, and utensils. Thanks for the inviting atmospher??❤️

My boyfriend and I stopped for the $2.50 burgers, they said they were quarter pound burgers. Although theyvwere "real" burgers they were auper thin, no way quarter pound. We also ordered fries which were more expensive than the burgers plus each had a beer. Service was ok but price was ridiculous for what we got, almost $30. We won't make that mistake again.

The place was packed. We called in our ordered for takeout. Gyros and fried mushrooms. Man our food was great and ready at a decent time.

Went because we heard the fried chicken was amazing , well mine came out as close to burnt as it could get . When I ask about it being over done , I was kind of shrugged off. They didn’t offer to fix the problem at all . I was starving and ate as much as I could , to only come home and get sick . We won’t be back .

Great food and staff . It was my first time there. It was a little more of a bar seen than I expected. Really loud at my lunch with my elderly mother, but still great .

When I went to there game room the blond bar tender asked for me ID I gave her my Nevada ID since I’m from Vegas she held in her hand took a glance at it and send I had to leave that area because apparently my id has holes when it doesn’t and I’m 27 I got go anywhere else and they where fine with it that it is the first time I ever had trouble. Other then that our waitress was awesome and the food was great

The Ranch House in Godfrey is a nice little place that has some really great food! I usually go on smash burger day or country fried chicken/steak day. The reason for the 4 stars is I usually drink unsweetened tea however the tea here is awful so I get a fountain soda instead and you have to pay extra for the lettuce and 1 pickle on your smash burger I could see paying extra for the cheese like everybody else but really lettuce! The portions are very generous if you order a meal w/ sides.
