Service was very friendly. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. A bit pricey though. The atmosphere was a typical bar and grill but the speaker and music right by our table made talking with each other difficult a few times.

The restaurant opened in 1960. It has a large bar and local crowd in the Godfrey area. Everyone was welcoming and kind. It appeared to be one waitress, and she was a super server. In my opinion, she earned her 25% as she changed the TV to tennis, so my 71-year-old husband would sit down?
I also like the help yourself shelf with carry out containers, condiments, and utensils. Thanks for the inviting...

There are no outside doors to the bathroom rooms so if you are seated near them smells could become part of your meal. At our visit, there was no toilet paper in the handicapped stall which made me think the bathrooms...
