You wouldn't expect a frozen custard place to be so busy during cold weather. They are friendly and fast with great tasting shakes, sundaes, you name it.

We never go to any other ice cream place since finding Shivers! Service is always friendly and the custard is delicious! And ther coffee is amazing!

Girl gave me a small late & called it medium even after I questioned it. Bern there enough to know it was a small!!! Tgen she dismissed us & said have a good night. Otherwise she wanted us to move along. Good but Ted Drews beats them by a mile. Concretes are more like a shake. Need to be like Ted

I absolutely love Shiver's! The caramel Eskimo Joe (Frappé) is the best I've had in this area! I get one almost every day on my way to work or home. If they would just make them a little cheaper I bet you couldn't stop people from lining up there....more than they already do anyway. Lol Not everyone can afford specialty drinks like that unfortunately. Even though I would love to continue to get one daily it does get a little pricey at almost $7 (large) each time. The employees are always very nice and helpful though. It really makes a difference! The only thing I could say needs a little work would be the rewards program. I have an Android phone and for some reason I can't download the app? I've tried a few times with no luck. So, instead I have to tell the employee that I have rewards everytime I get to the window and give them my phone number. Which takes extra time. I wish it would just automatically go straight to my acct. I also never know when I have a coupon or free drink because I can't get on the app to check. Sometimes the employee will tell me and sometimes I have to ask. Which takes up even more time. But other than that I am a very happy customer!!! There isn't too many businesses out there with employees that smile and are actually nice to you everytime. So far, Shiver's employees have been just that every single time I've went thru. They should win an award for nicest employees! Oh and best Frappé around too! Thank you Shiver's! 😍

I love Shivers! A little too much actually. Lol. I wish I never would have tried the Caramel Eskimo Joe because I want one every day! ? The service is always great. Employees are nice and pleasant even when they are crazy busy! I love how they come out to the car to get your order if they get backed up. The only feedback I would give is they need to work on their online rewards. It's hard to find and won't let me download the app because it's only for iPhone users. Unless maybe I'm not doing it right? The other thing that happened but wasn't a huge deal was a few times when they were busy I received my Eskimo Joe without the cardboard holder on the outside of the cup, which I absolutely love because you don't freeze your hand off while trying to drink it and they had caramel running all down the side of the cup... Which makes a horrible mess in the car and on my hands. I would rather wait a couple extra minutes for my drink than to receive it like that. So my only advice is to just slow down a little and make it right. That's what keeps the customers coming back. But like I said before everyone there has been very kind, helpful and welcoming every time I was there. A smile and tone of voice goes a long way! They definitely have that part down. ?
