We ordered two Boss sandwiches. We discovered that they gave us two meatball sandwiches. We live in Alton and had to drive 30 mins round trip to exchange the sandwiches and wouldn’t allow us to keep the wrong order and threw them in the trash. If I messed up someone’s order and made them drive 30 mins I’d do the right thing. It’s not about money. It’s being a human.

Horrible management, Dangerous atmosphere to minors, employees boundaries disregarded, and awfully rude customers. Would not work here unless you want to be miserable!

Got a 30 dollar order was was 24 because of deals. My girlfriend got a wrap with the entirely wrong bread and not even wrapped. She had bacon on it too which was raw, had to cook that myself when I got home. I got a Philly cheesesteak sandwhich which was supposed to be toasted and it was not. With raw meat in it. Entirely dissatisfied with my order and I will not be eating here again.

They did nothing that was specified in our order. We ordered extra bacon on both subs which we did not receive, light mayo and lettuce which they gave none really, there was sauce on half of one of the subs on the outside, and they didn't put the churro in our order either. I wish I hadn't gone back for it because it was atrocious. There also isn't a way to request a refund or put a review on the app. The worst by far experience of any subway I've been to. Disgusting and disappointing.

Placed online order when I saw it had added all items went up to store before they even made my subs. And was told they couldn't alter it even though they hadn't made it. The rude clerk keep putting toppings on my subs even though I had the online receipt very very poor customer service!!!!!

The 2 girls working that day were doing a great job keeping up with all the online and in store orders. However, they mixed up 1 of our orders and put the wrong ingredients on the wrong bread with not all the correct toppings. Bummer!

Not sure why we keep going back but last night was the final straw with this location. We ordered online and 3 of our 5 items were made incorrectly, the cold sandwiches were placed in the bag with our hot orders causing them to be hot and mushy. My husband's sandwich was the worst so he went back up to ask if it could be remade, the girl working refused to remake his order and said she couldn't issue a refund. So upon calling the regional manager and explaining the situation he was told to come back Monday to get the situation handled. So no dinner for him and no refund , what a way to treat a hearing impaired individual who was just trying to get an edible meal. We will never patronize them ever again.
