Went to a wedding last night and Trails End was the caterer. So amazingly delicious! The pork was tender and juicy and so flavorful! The sides were really good as well. Everything stayed hot. The servers were so friendly and engaging.

My family and I had a wonderful experience with Trails End Smokehouse and highly recommend them for any catering needs. We hired them to provide food for our son’s rehearsal dinner, and they exceeded our expectations. They provided free delivery at our location in Bloomington and were on time with no issues. We appreciated that they truly provided the entire meal experience—from the plates to the cutlery to the actual food—they took care of everything so that we could enjoy celebrating with our family. We ordered the pulled pork and pulled brisket. Both received rave reviews and were delicious. Their cheesy potatoes were creamy and hit the spot! We had them cater a meeting for our company with customers. They were great to communicate with, prompt, and most importantly, the food was delicious! They were super prepared and very pleasant. We got rave reviews for the lunch and will work with them in the future if we return to that area!

My husband and I went to a wedding back in may of 2022 before we were married. The venue “The Red Barn” was beautiful but what got us was the food!! This local catering company was superb. Not only was the food great but how they serve to the guests! Rob went and asked everyone at each table how they liked it. I mean what a great owner! So personable!! We had to have them for ours and our wedding was only 4 months away. Short engagement so Trying my luck!! They could fit us in!!Boy did they not disappoint! We had Karen the OG. “Mom” loved having her and she had one other gentleman helping! Had us all fed in 15 mins with having 135 guests that’s impressive!! So personable and very nice! I HIGHLY recommend them!The smoked meat, Mac n cheese, green beans, a salad and rolls was perfect for our wedding theme. I can’t thank you all enough! Much love from The Riveras
