The “manager” who was training the employee this evening was incredibly unprofessional and unkind to the both my son and her staff member. This is an incredibly rare occurrence for this subway and I’m extremely disappointed in the management shown this evening. The trainee (who actually made the food)was wonderful.

This store has a female worker that has a horrible attitude and told me the coupon I wanted to use was expired even know I just got the coupon in the mail. Then my mom and her friend went in there a few days later and the sane girl refused to even accept the coupons they had. It's one thing to mess with me but my mom. I'm gonna have to call corporate about this.

Updating this review as I had a previous bad experience, spoke with the manager who seems very nice and really concerned about the issue, and I thought that the issue was handled. Decided to give it another try (I had some free 6 in sub coupons specifically for Goreville Subway and they would not honor them, so I ended up paying for crummy made sandwiches again. (I got a 6 in meatball sub and it had 2 meatballs and at least a cup of sauce- too messy!)Never again will I eat or even recommend Goreville Subway to anyone- if anything I will tell people to avoid it like moldy bread. It’s a shame too, because Goreville deserves better.

We stopped into this little town, and found this subway. The ladies inside were so kind and caring. I’m going through chemo and cant have veggies like they do at subway, unless they are washed. And they went out of there way to wash it and make me feel safe with eating there. And the food was really good too. If you’re hesitant to stop here, don’t be. 11/10
