I can’t say enough great things about this wonderful place and the people who run it! The lift and the surroundings made for a beautiful afternoon. The food and our waitress were perfect! On the ride down I dropped a purse and a wonderful gentleman named Alex worked hard on that steep slope to help us find it. Thanks for a memorable day Aeries!!

Such a disappointment. Definitely won’t be back. Overpriced, cold food, too many kitchen mix-ups and very, very long wait. And looking at other reviews, we aren’t the only ones who waited more than 2 hours for our family to receive their meals! Half of us were finished by the time the last 3 plates arrived. Unacceptable. Owner and manager have horrible attitudes. 3+ hours for all meals to be served and to receive our bill. No apology. Mr. Owner- you know darn well if you and your family personally experienced these same issues at another restaurant you’d feel the same as we do. Karma, Jeff. Karma.

I took my 11 yr old son who is on the Autism spectrum and the staff was very understanding and supportive🥰When companies like this are very understanding it makes my heart so happy!!! Great job guys running the sky tour and guys/ girl running the coaster. Fabulous job! The woman who was in the snack job was very sweet as well. Thank you from an Autism mom who always worries. 😊😊😊

We stayed here for just one night and it was a pleasant stay! We would definitely come back. The room was clean, easy to access, and provided basic amenities. The staff we had interactions with (from the front desk, at the winery, and the lift attraction) were all SO KIND and truly wanted their guests to have a good time! We felt as if they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The winery has beautiful views and great food. We had no wait at the lift. All around a good place to stay for couples, friends, or families!

The UTV ride exceeded our expectations!

The young man working the reception desk on Sunday, Aug 31st (3pm ish) was FANTASTIC! In a world where customer service is lacking almost everywhere, that young man was a breath of fresh air! We failed to get his name, but he was the only one at the desk.
The room was clean and smelled good.
Great value and location.

My girlfriend and I had spent the my birthday weekend this weekend and honestly the only thing we weren’t impressed on was the bathroom door but after talking to the front desk person he was very professional about it and very kind. Otherwise loved our view and our package deal with got with staying with them definitely will be back again soon.

For the prison experience in an otherwise friendly town.

We did the lift to the top, the mountain coaster, and the ATV tour. The mountain coaster is a little shorter than others we've done, but it goes fast and has some good thrills. The ATV ride is only about 30 minutes, but we had a good time during the ride. On part of the trail, you go down the length of a creek. The kids saw some deer during the ride. Wish the ride was a little longer. Overall, we enjoyed our activities here.

We took our daughter and her family on the skyride and alpine coaster. We enjoyed a nice bite to eat at the Terrace restaurant, then my husband and I enjoyed a cold adult beverage at the winery (21+). A great day and lovely experience.

Cover charge to get to below average restaurant. They are not looking for repeat customers.

I give this a 5 star rating for the great service, clean room and cold ac. It is not a 5 star resort so if that’s what you’re going for, this is not a place for you. However , This is a clean, simple, basic motel. It has a nice view of the river within walking distance to food and bars. The Aeries sky tour is located right across the street. We enjoyed the ride to the top and the mountain coaster. We had a lovely day and would certainly visit again.

Really does have amazing views. Enjoyed my brief visit. Locals are friendly. Rides were great. Would definitely return!

Perfect place to have a family day date or leave the kids at home. So many activities to do and all the employees were very nice and accommodating.
