We came 2 hours and knew nothing about the place. No directions on how to order or anything. Workers meant well but were not jumping out of their chairs to ask if we needed help. Waitress was very short and wanted away from our table as soon as she got the chance. Food was VERY good. Quickly served and was delicious. Atmosphere is beautiful right on the river with a band area. I would come back.

I Have supported this establishment for tne past 20 years, During the week, off season, in the cold and awaited reopenings after floods. The view of the river is spectacular. The food has always been just ok, but recently the service has gone from slow to horrendous. Bartenders and waitresses talk and chat amongst themselves and ignore patrons waiving at them and asking for service. I have left after 15 to 20 minutes of being ignored sitting at the bar watching bartenders chat amd laugh between themselves. Dont waste your time. Drive on down the river road enjoying the scenery and stop elsewhere for food and drink

If you want to experience the beautiful scenery of the Mississippi River this is the place to be. Live music I came on a Sunday not sure if that's regularly offered. The crowd was medium. I came with a huge group and the restaurant was decently filled already.

Right on the river in Grafton Illinois. Huge decks overlooking the river. Huge party place especially on the weekends. Was here on a Thursday afternoon with the other old folks (lol) and it was very casual, quiet and enjoyable.
Our server was perfectly attentive and very friendly.
The catfish bites and fries were really good. So are the fries.
The Caesar salad was good, but it does not come with croutons.
You can drive a boat up here and dock it and enter.
Great spot for an afternoon getaway.
