I have visited so many wineries but this was best among us. Price friendly and of course amazing scenic. I have ordered pinot noir and that was so nice. Also blackberry. Food and services are also appreciated.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Manager or owner whoever it was would not help any of his Staff. Also would not help any of the tables get their food after waiting two hours while he was walking around drinking beers. This place SUCKS unless you want to wait most of your Saturday afternoon waiting for a sandwich.

Only giving 3 stars as the view and lift were unique and the venue is pretty. Service and staff were excellent. However there needs to be a change in management or owners or attitudes of both. Wine tasting is necessary for a winery. Train your staff. It's that easy.Accommodate large parties so that your staff doesn't get the flack from your bad decisions. It's not that hard to serve a bigger table or to move tables. Get rid of your ego and take care of your guests. Don't condemn or argue with reviewers. Lower your pride and accept honest feedback. Make changes.Train your cooks how to cook tuna, duck. If you want to pretend to have pretentious food then serve it correctly. If you want to call yourself a winery, then have wine tastings. Otherwise you are just another sub par restaurant serving other peoples wine.

Service was horrible. We went on a Saturday with a party of 3. They were very busy and we were extremely understanding of that. After waiting 40 minutes for a table we were finally seated but were never waited on. We watched multiple tables around us get served, order a second glass of wine, and then get their bill, without us ever having a waiter/waitress stopping by our table to give us water or even let us know they would get to us soon. The alpine coaster was fun but won’t be back for the winery. There are too many good wineries close by to deal with the horrible service, with such high prices.

its was HORRIBLE i hated it. because first of all it was SO crowded and second of all, it took so long for our food to get there. it took 10 minutes for them to get our order and about 2 and a half hours for our food to get to our table. the staff didn't have ANY enthusiasm and the owner was racist as hell. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE LIKE HURRY UP ITS A DAMN BURGER ITS BREAD AND A COOKED PATTY! One out of ten.

I have a group of four and was entertaining going there Saturday. That said, I was informed that I have to pay $10 a person to write a gondola up to the winery before I even spent my first dollar on Wine and Food. There's four of us. Nice view but in my opinion, it's certainly not worth paying $40 before we even walk in their door. I think that's a shame because if it wasn't for that, we probably would have dropped $150 on Wine and Food. Instead, I'm going to the Grafton Winery.

My husband and I really wanted to go here and bring our daughter and son in law. HOWEVER, we found out that the ONLY way to get to their restaurant is by paying $10.00 per person for a gondola ride before you pay anything for wine or food. We love the view, but we don't think it is worth it. The person that we talked with at Aerie's said that the gondola ride was part of the experience. We do not need the experience since we had already had the ride last year. We're sure that others will say the same. Unfortunately, we probably won't be back because of this.

Took FOREVER to get a menu and have our order taken, and even longer for the food to arrive. The owner just sat at a table having drinks with friends while his wait staff were stressed out and getting yelled at by angry customers instead of helping the kitchen staff get the food out.

A group of six friends today paid $60 to go up the lift to the Aries restaurant. The restaurant would not seat six of us on the patio because they only had tables for four and would not move a table or a chair to accommodate us. It was a Tuesday afternoon, and there was only one other party on the patio. You would think they would be thankful to have six customers. We were very disappointed in the manager’s attitude as he said this is the rule and that is it. We chose not to dine there and went back to a nice restaurant that treated us well. Do not go to this winery expecting to be seated together if your party is more than four. The staff was not courteous or helpful. We went to the Aries office and they would not refund our $60. Please choose somewhere else to go that will treat you with respect and be accommodating.

Food is good. Just be prepared to wait an hour + for your main course. We sat down at 4 and just now got our meal at 5:15. Good food but staff seem overwhelmed. Great views!

Our experience at the establishment was mostly positive, although the manager's decision to cut our group off and ask us to leave impacted our overall rating. We were simply enjoying our drinks and having a good time, without causing any disturbance to others. It's important to note that, as the owner of a winery, discouraging alcohol consumption seems contradictory. When our designated driver, who was sober, asked for an explanation, the manager mentioned a recent death in the area (not on the premises, but in Grafton). One would expect the proprietor of this establishment to be prepared for such situations. Instead, we noticed you and your friends constantly observing our table, laughing, and having a good time. I have personally witnessed individuals who were truly intoxicated, and I must say that this group was far from that.We all respect people who try and run nice establishments but being judgmental for having a good time is not a reason to kick people out. From now on our annual friends trip to grafton will definitely not be celebrated at your establishment.

If you are wanting to bring a large family and put tables together DO NOT come here. We put two tables together and were told by a snarky worker to put them back. We couldn’t even move the table one foot to be out of the sun. When we asked why we couldn’t move them his response was “rules are rules”. If he would have been kinder and given us a better explanation, things would have been better.
