This is actually a nice Dairy Queen. Pretty quick service I wish that they redo their benches cuz there's definitely some cracks and they don't look the best but other than that food's good, and the people are nice.

User my card at the window and someone stole my card information and started trying to use it online. 4 attempts overnight.

Something's wrong with my phone and the Dairy Queen app and it put my order in at the wrong location and I called and told them that I wouldn't be picking my food up for like an hour and I think they made it and let it sit under the lamp the entire time or their Foods always disgusting. Either way I can't wait to get out of this town everything here sucks there's not a single decent restaurant the ones that say they're good are just like family-owned and nobody wants to say anything bad not even the physical therapy was good here everything about this place is just so awful the trains the racetrack the highway I can't find anything to like about this place. Maybe being so close to all the refineries and having such bad air quality will kill you sooner that's about all I can think ending my life sooner is the only thing about this place that is even worth looking forward to if you're going to be stuck here. If you can tell I'm having a lot more problems than just my Dairy Queen's cold

Store has no respect for customers. No ethics nor any integrity. No excuses to leave oldest orders over 20 minutes to complete.

They didn’t just forget my gravy, because I could accept that, they literally just threw 2 sauces in my basket, 1 I don’t even like. Then to top it off, my toast is barely toast…I get it’s late but and 1 and a half before they close?

Went through drive thru and like every other fast food, if you ask for no mustard, you probably will get it! Oh well, their burgers are the best, a double cheeseburger has 2/3 lbs of meat! Take that McDonald's!

I went at about 2:00 on July 23rd and the food was great and the service was good. But the bathroom floor was little slippery and one of the stalls was very messy and while I was eating I glanced over and one of the employees was vaping in the lobby

The food was overpriced and subpar. The cheese on one of my burgers wasn't even melted. The fries and chicken strips were cold and the gravy seemed old. Now way am I willing to drop $30 on crap food again!

Besides all that it took them 20+ minutes to make a 4 piece chicken strip basket

I did not get a receipt. Then I didn't get my full order. When I went back to get my order, they said I had to have a receipt. They took $13 from me.

I think I won't be ever eating here again. Just heard on the web. They can't even call there frozen treats ice cream. Because it's mostly fillers, air, and not enough butter fats to be considered ice creme. Trash. Also tried to order a banana split. Didn't even have bananas

Food is good but the management is always terrible, nobody ever knows what is going on and is giving everybody the wrong food.. The only form of consistency in this whole restaurant is Ariana’s rudeness every time I come in, completely unacceptable. Workers are hardly ever working..
