Ordered four items online for Christmas for my 90 year old father-in-law. When he drove there to pick up, they couldn't find the order! Then, after we gave them the order # over the phone, they finally found it, BUT they sent him home with only 2 of the four items ordered and paid for in full. We called and the Mgr was apologetic, offered to send a delivery driver with additional items, worth more than the items we paid for, which they promptly followed through on and...
Ordered a last minute cake. They were able to create what I wanted overnight. Cake was fresh and so good! Thankful for our local shops that go above and beyond to service the community.
