I give this store 5 stars.I ordered the BLT and my husband ordered the Cajun sandwich. They were both very tasty. I found this place is clean, nice and friendly. Always quick and I can honestly say haven't messed up a order yet. Which is shocking anymore with customer service. I have been back quite a few time since and it's still the same experience as the first time which means management has it down. Will be back. Thank you for the great food.

Tried Firehouse Subs for the first time here recently. LOVED IT! Tasty sandwich. The turkey was really juicy and the toppings were fresh. The employees were super friendly. We'll be back soon.

I absolutely LOVE Firehouse! No matter which store I enter, the staff always have a great smile, and greets when someone walks into the store. Firehouse Subs is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. Also, the fact that they care for our First Responders is definitely a plus!

Not impressed . Ordered two salads. They didn't put dressing with one. Lettuce was big chunks with brown edges. Definitely not like the salads there in months passed.

Visited 30 minutes before posted close time, employees just stared when I walked up to the door and froze like deer in the headlights.Took my business to Penn Station instead, their crew was happy to serve me 15 minutes before they closed.
Your management at this location needs to seriously upgrade his skills! How are you gonna tell a guy with a service dog to make it quick? Wow

I finally talked my husband into getting this for the first time tonight. I would have given this an excellent rating but they forgot our chips. Not a huge deal and they credited my card. Sandwiches are AWESOME! I mean, melt in your mouth type of awesome!! My husband is ready to get it again next Friday and I hope we do!!!

Good subs if you eat them fast. The steamed meat is great but if you plan on eating it later it can cause the bread to be soggy
