1st of all they make your pizza and deliever it a hr later cold. Then want to give a $5 credit. I will not patronize this business anymore. I work too hard to throw money away. Do better imos! This economy sucks. So if someone spends money with you it should be a hot pizza. Not one you have to heat in microwave

Like first I was told I didn’t pay for my food and she tried to get me to pay for again talking about a glitch in the system then was looking all in my phone and I had to turn and show her how the money came out my account only to get burnt food!!!! Now the only reason I’m going to eat this is because I’m home already but I should’ve looked at before leaving the store for crap like this just burnt pizza ugh!

I read the reviews and almost didn't go there. But I said, let me try for myself and I was not disappointed. The phone service excellent atmosphere, excellent cashier. Excellent The Pizza, although I don't care for the provale or (sometimes sweet)sauce but it was actually delicious. The best Imo's I've ever eaten. I had it a great experience. I wish I could share the photo of the Pizza because it's beautiful, crispy. Outstanding.

They don't make them like they used to, but they are still one of a kind. I used to love to get there salads so much cheese and peperoni you could eat on it for a couple of days but boy has that changed along with the price. Less goodies but cost more. Make it make sense.

My client wanted Imo's for her 85th Birthday 5-28-2025, so I went to get her pizza , it was burnt she couldn't even chew it mind you only cheese. I'm so disappointed she was so unhappy, that was her birthday dinner for herself. I will never go back to this place

The food was great, but the girl at the counter treated us as if we were an inconvenience just by taking our order. We received no greeting, no smile, and no thank you. We did however recieve an eyeroll from her when I asked if they had any specials.

Very disappointed the food was not good today. The sauce was very salty. I asked for a well done pizza. The sausage was barely cooked. The sauce was running. The dough was gummy in the middle when I call to place my order the first guy said hold on then he hung up on me. I called back the young lady who took my order at the end. Said have a good night and slam the phone down before I can say anything else and then the delivery driver delivered. My food knocked on the door like once I came to the door right away he sat my food on the front stoop of my porch and then asked me if I wanted to leave a tip as he was walking to his car. I said no thank you. I have never had my food sat on the porch from imo's My living room is right by my front door and I have a camera so he didn't not very long at all because I saw him And I went to the door as quickly as I could so he wouldn't be knocking too long So I didn't see a reason for him to put my food on the ground. Don't know if I'll ever go back here. I also feel kind of sick after eating this.
