If I could give no stars I would this is worse I have ever be treated. I ordered a salad with crispy chicken on it they gave me the wrong order I called up there when I go all the way home and wanted me to come back up there so the can replace it. I told them I’m not back out she said they would replace it another time when I wanted so I called to replace it they only wanted to give me a $5 credit and said I have to pay extra for the crispy chicken like what I I paid for that when I ordered it in first place why should I have to pay for that again.i can’t believe that’s how you do business that’s crazy. Basically double charging people for what they messed up.

Jennifer the manager was a total jerk. They got our order wrong and instead of letting us take a picture and send it to them to get a small refund the difference from a Chef salad that ended up being a House salad, they argued with us and hung up on us twice. They insisted I drive back to the restaurant, the World Series just started! I was so upset and went back to get my refund and Jennifer couldn't stop smiling that she made me drive back up to the restaurant. Well we had several families over to watch the game and none of us will be back.

We ordered from granite City store .my family ordered from I work my family ed Margie Carol I'MO's currently I'm running morganford Humphrey store in st.louiw our Food quality is 10x higher quality pizza products The wing's are not highest quality wing's 1/2 chef solid had no meat no egg no red onions Light on salad ingredients no imos house dressing ask for Extra charge also known though st.louis stores delivery charges was higher your store charges $5.00 delivery charge Granite City as whole about 2.8 miles to average destination come on Frenchie management your store overall Quality star **2 ⭐ stars on food delivery times **2 ⭐ stars Customer service **2 ⭐ Overall Quality is 2 ⭐✨ I'Mos Standard are better than this we can do better Light topping on meat Lovers now pepperoni no no Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

This economy sucks. So if someone spends money with you it should be a hot pizza. Not one you have to heat in microwave

Like first I was told I didn’t pay for my food and she tried to get me to pay for again talking about a glitch in the system then was looking all in my phone and I had to turn and show her how the money came out my account only to get burnt food!!!! Now the only reason I’m going to eat this is because I’m home already but I should’ve looked at before leaving the store for crap like this just burnt pizza ugh!
I read the reviews and almost didn't go there. But I said, let me try for myself and I was not disappointed. The phone service excellent atmosphere, excellent cashier. Excellent The Pizza, although I don't care for the provale or (sometimes sweet)sauce but it was actually delicious. The best Imo's I've ever eaten. I had it a great experience. I wish I could share the photo of the Pizza because it's beautiful, crispy. Outstanding.

They don't make them like they used to, but they are still one of a kind. I used to love to get there salads so much cheese and peperoni you could eat on it for a couple of days but boy has that changed along with the price. Less goodies but cost more. Make it make sense.

My client wanted Imo's for her 85th Birthday 5-28-2025, so I went to get her pizza , it was burnt she couldn't even chew it mind you only cheese. I'm so disappointed she was so unhappy, that was her birthday dinner for herself. I will never go back to this place
