Why do they literally pull everyone to the front? Oh wait I know cause we still have to go inside to get the right stuff. This has turned into the joke of granite city.
Ordered through the drive-thru and was asked to pull into the parking lot, where about 7 other cars were also waiting. Service ended up being faster than I expected, which was nice. Staff was friendly enough. Most of the food was served hot to warm, but the curly fries were cold. I also didn’t receive all of the extra ranch I paid for. Overall, decent experience but could be improved, especially with making sure fries are fresh and extras are included.
