Ordered through the drive-thru and was asked to pull into the parking lot, where about 7 other cars were also waiting. Service ended up being faster than I expected, which was nice. Staff was friendly enough. Most of the food was served hot to warm, but the curly fries were cold. I also didn’t receive all of the extra ranch I paid for. Overall, decent experience but could be improved, especially with making sure fries are fresh and extras are included.

Haven't had Jack in Box in a long time, have to say it was very good, fries cold but that's expected. Cheesy double burgers were close to hot still n very good, tacos as I remember ,not a fan of meat

Who ever made a the breakfast jacks at 3am you are a legend hands down the drive thru was packed and at first the lady sounded rude at the speaker but we got to the window and she was so sweet and nice enough to let us know our sauces were in the bag u earned those stars 😂❤

The workers were friendly and upbeat, the service was fast, the food was disappointing in that the lettuce was almost not there and wilted like it had been under a lamp for along time and the condiments were less than the size of a size on my burgers. The meat was overcooked, and the fries had zero seasoning. The Only thing that tasted fine was the buns! They even forgot napkins and pickles after I had asked for them but did not realize it until I had left. The atmosphere was okay but you could see messes on the floor that were ignored by staff. Nothing major but having a dirty food place not instill confidence.
They made the oder wrong the first time, so we went back, and they got it wrong the second time. I guess it's to hard to listen to the order and make it properly. They would rather argue with each other and cuss each other out.
