The workers were friendly and upbeat, the service was fast, the food was disappointing in that the lettuce was almost not there and wilted like it had been under a lamp for along time and the condiments were less than the size of a size on my burgers. The meat was overcooked, and the fries had zero seasoning. The Only thing that tasted fine was the buns! They even forgot napkins and pickles after I had asked for them but did not realize it until I had left. The atmosphere was okay but you could see messes on the floor that were ignored by staff. Nothing major but having a dirty food place not instill confidence.

Tried Jack in the Box, Tiny tacos and was Impressed. They were really good. And you get so many, Grade, B+
They made the oder wrong the first time, so we went back, and they got it wrong the second time. I guess it's to hard to listen to the order and make it properly. They would rather argue with each other and cuss each other out.

This is the second time jack in the box played with my food first it was the one in Madison now the one in granite city know body wants to be served cold or warm fries it does no good to ask to speak with a manager they don’t care about the customers they just want the money never again they need to be held accountable for bad service this is how they threw my burger together

Worst food and service ever. My burger was so drowned with ketchup, mustard, and mayo I couldn't pick it up without my hands covered and it dripping everywhere with he bun sliding off. I'm all for a good messy burger, but this was just disgusting! We were pulled around the buikding to wait for this so called food even. Trash it went. Awful!

Went through. I frequent this jack n the box quote often. Order 25 bucks worth the food. Get told I can only have 2 ranch okay can I put extra yes. My money in hand no you cannot pay extra. I rarely eat out this business will no longer be getting my service. Oh and instead of the manager on shift talking with me she makes the young girl at the window do it. The ranch is what makes the experience. 25 bucks I asked for 6 and even offered to pay extra. Super lousy. You lost a good customer.
