I recently stopped by Jack in the Box, and I have to say, I was genuinely impressed. From the moment I gave my order through the drive-thru. The customer service was top-notch—every employee I interacted with was attentive, polite, and clearly cared about making sure I had a great experience.
I ordered a burger, and it was exactly what I was hoping for: fresh, hot, and made just the way I like it. The bun was perfectly toasted, the patty was juicy and flavorful, and all the toppings tasted fresh and crisp. You can tell they put effort into preparing the food right.
Overall, I left completely satisfied, both with the delicious burger and the outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Order a hot cake a double bacon smash and a ranch chicken sandwich also 4 tacos extra lettuce and sauce the ranch chicken sandwich is lacking ranch on it there is none also didn't look like the picture I ordered it from DoorDash the picture shows two tomatoes and two strips of bacon with ranch disappointed but that burger and hot cake was excellent

I only gave it three because it's what you should expect. Fast food and clean. The servers are always friendly and the food is consistent. My three is not a negative. I would give our McDonalds a one.

I ordered the double combo meal that burger was for a toddler it was hair on the drink lid when I called to complain the lady that answered the phone was no help as if my order was no big deal when you’re spending your money you want it to be right i feel disrespected when i asked if I could call and speak with another manager tomorrow she said they will tell you the same thing never again the burger and drink was disappointing

I visited Jack n the Box in Granite City, IL. on Madison Avenue today and I only order a Basket of Fries and as I was driving and eating them they were Luke warm and HARD as HELL, McDonald's need to be ASHAMED but there NOT that's why I don't eat there NASTY BURGERS they are DISGUSTING and PEOPLE everywhere PLEASE stop buying food from these Restaurants until they can DELIVER QUALITY FOOD. NEVER AGAIN, I HOPE EVERY MCDONALD'S ALL OVER THE WORLD SHUT DOWN. 1 UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
