No napkins & none of the sauces I requested with my mobile order. Smh. Get to the counter and they always seem to scurry away. Be pretty dead every time I walk in, but they always seem to jack something up with the order. I understand it fast food & all that jazz, but have a bit a pride in what you do. We'll taste it in the food.Tried walking in for carryout one week and again they scurried liked coachroahes when they saw me approaching the door, just to be greeted with it being locked @ 8pm on a Wednesday. Subjecting me to the drive thru, which was a drugged out horrendous experience of 15-20 mins just to get a mobile order that should have been in the process at least. Salt on the wound was that the heffer had the nerve to forget my tacos, taking FOREVER to engage me on the intercom yet again, just to have them right next to her (Mind you, I was the only other car bedside another that ended up leaving after I cranked up my music waiting for someone to address me on the intercom.)Pathetic, really.

Hello, I came to this restaurant around 6:30pm Friday and the crew was so friendly and respectful the girl took my order and when I got to the window she repeated my order and she asked me did I need any sauce with my order, the young lady on her side was packing the food and when I got my food everything was hot and ready 10 out of 10 must try again.- Mykel Davis

Came here after being told at the other store that they were out of tacos at 4:18 in the after noon. Was instructed if I ordered tacos here I'd have to come inside. Employees were unruly and very loud in the back. Update on 2/9/24 employee inside yelling the F word over and over could hear it clearly from the drive thru .

The young lady at the drive thru window was nice, but the grill staff is definitely subpar How do you order a Supreme Croissant and get a single thin piece of ham and absolutely no bacon. ??♀️
I couldn't understand the person taking my order. They finished taking the order before I was done ordering. Out of almost every soda except sprite apparently. They forgot items in the order. When I went back to get the items, I needed a receipt they didn't even give me. Eventually got the item but it was made wrong. I feel like wasted time and money. Going here is a gamble.

Old ultimate cheeseburger on a stale bun, weird textured chicken club also on a stale bun, overcooked bits of onion rings, overcooked stuffed jalapenos with barely warm cheese inside, no ice in soda that was flat after waiting for fresh food and $30. This place is worse each time I go there. Just shut it down.
