Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Asked for the toasted sandwich to be taken out a little sooner since my SEVEN YEAR OLD doesn’t eat burnt sandwiches (who WOULD) ??? They told me they couldn’t take it out sooner??? I told them Nevermind don’t toast it I’ll do it at home since they can’t take it out sooner. They got the manager and asked if it would be ok. ( YALL ITS LESS TIME IN THE OVEN AND WITH ME A CUSTOMER!!!!!) they said ‘ok we can try but if this was a lunch rush we wouldn’t be able to do it ‘ LOL 😂 what????? Lost a customer for life and will be telling others to NOT go to this not freaky fast Jimmy johns.

I mostly do deliveries and when I get a delivery driver sometimes they are kinda weird in my opinion. When I went up there for pickup after school. They don’t even know if you paid or not so I could have got a free meal.

I went to this location twice since it has reopen and both times I've been disappointed. The first sandwich that I ordered, I requested extra sauce and when I opened my sandwich it was swimming in it and the sauce soaked through the paper. Today I purchased two chicken ceasar wraps and they put so much pepper in them that they are almost inedible. The workers are nice and the place is clean, I just really wish they could make my sandwich collectly.

Extremely rude customer service. Messed up my overpriced sandwiches then said “ it wasn’t on the receipt”. I literally have the receipt and it stated what we wanted clear as day. Don’t order from here and save yourself the frustration and money and don’t support bad local businesses
