all workers are rude as hell from the speaker to the window to pulling you forward with no one in the drive thru. to when they bring the food to your car. they forgot a straw and got mad at me about it? that makes total sense and they fries are ALWAYS disgusting hard and not edible. definitely won’t be going back again thanks for the shitty service :) let’s add to that i found food in my hair called to talk to a manager it was the person in the drive thru with a SHITTY attitude and heard out issues then just set the phone down.

Fries were cold and hard, even the birds wouldn't eat them, I had to go across the street to McDonald's and get fries and a drink(cheaper) and hot , fresh. I started our at,Gino's in Washington DC, back in 1978, my first job, then Popeyes in 1981, never had an issue. I'm moving back to DC.

The guy at the drive thru tonight 5-7-2025 at 8:55 was the rudest person I have ever had at a restaurant. Rushes me to order when I tell him hold on. Kept asking me if I need help finding something while I was clearly looking. Pulls me forward without a total, tells me later there is no dark meat and to tell him what sauces I need so he can pull me forward to the parking lot. Then shorts me my sauces and our potatoes I go back around to the speaker and tell him and he says pull in the parking lot with an attitude. If You spend your hard earned money somewhere you want atleast a smile and not made feel like An inconvenience.

The worker was rude from the moment we walked in the door. He acted bothered to have to take our order. Food came quickly. It was not fresh at all. Our biscuits had red ink all over them. It appeared to be transferred from their paper they line the baskets with. Won't be returning here.
There were only two people working, and the poor guys were swamped.

This place is a daycare dude had like 3 little kids with him taking orders gonna be funny if your kid gets hurts he was rude to me KFC needs better managers they all in there making your company fall apart store all dirty and stinky Seats all nasty and ripped stay away at all cost ...Dude was more worried about who was going into the bathroom more then his kid getting fried in a fryer...
