What can I say I just love fried chicken! So it always gets 10 from me!

I was sold a 2-piece meal for the same price as the 8-piece meal deal which had no idea the 8-piece was on sale until I spotted the giant sign facing the opposite direction of the drive-thru drive through entrance and the girl at the window was either oblivious to the menu or didn't care enough to go the extra mile and share this info for the customer. Besides the waste of money the food was good enough but I didn't want to sit through the line to change my order it was too long of a wait to go through twice.

I FOUND A DEAD FLY / ROACH A BUG IN MY FOOD and the costomer service was terrible!!! and the workers seem mistreated and miserable.

HOLLY is an amazing person and a breath of fresh air! She was so patient with my Mom, who is not decisive at all lol. She helped my Mom with courtesy and sweetness and the service was super fast. HOLLY gives Chick-fil-A a run for their money with her hospitality!! We love her so much!

A waste of my money. I didn’t feel like driving to Popeyes in Collinsville, so I decided to give this place a try. 1st and last time, seeing me and my money. There was a 30 min wait for wings, so I ordered an 8 piece famous. Chicken is dry, and not good at all. Ordered gizzards and the breading was soft. The gizzards were old, and nasty! I’m so mad I wasted my money!!!!

Got chicken livers they were over done, tasted like leftover livers and very dry. Took back up to counter and the girl Said it would be 15 minutes. So I wasted ten dollars cause I didn't get to eat.
