Deep dish pizza and Italisn cheese bread were more round than square; and those 2 plus 2 other pizza's weren't done all the way. Got no receipt for purchase. Not the first time. Will drive farther to another restaurant next time.

I did a pickup order that was supposed to be ready from 5:45-5:50 and when I arrived at 5:50 it was not ready. There were no people waiting in the lobby so I was extremely confused as to why my pizza wasn’t ready. I order 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage and if they claim it’s “hot and ready” then why wasn’t it ready when i got here?

I have been shopping at this location for over 6 years and my orders are literally over 2 a week. But tonight I had to wait for my order for more than 1 hour. And I didn't even get a well-deserved apology! Customer service sucks!

Little unorganized, but the food was ok, little slow and orders after me were coming out before mine not really sure why unless it got missed, before anyone says anything, my order was simple and small, nothing special for the delay in waiting time
Please keep your cooler full of drinks. Most of the time I've been in for an order, they are all in the back not cold.

Ordered for pick up. They put my order in the second from the bottom and put the sauce cups on the side closest to them then walked too the back. I had to get on my knees and reach to the back to grab them and slightly burned my arm on the top of the area. All while I know at least one employee saw me and offered no help.
