Okay Went in to get a sandwich and a shake spent $8.00. A triple cheeseburger only comes with mustard,Ketchup,pickle,onion right ask no pickle no mustard so that leaves onion and ketchup right. Well took it in there twice this is my burger again only ketchup would not serve to my dog. The manager was not Professional at all. Blamed the person that check it out no it's the person making it. If you wouldn't eat it don't serve it how hard is that for some people.

Ordered online. When I said my name at the window she asked me to pull forward. No issues. But when we got to the second window for pick up the worker tried to give us the wrong order. My husband advised that was not our ordered. He let the worker know what we ordered. The worker advised one moment. After waiting for over 10 minutes. The worker came back and provided us with our order. He listed every item we ordered and said it was all there. We asked that sauce was in the bag he said yes. We drive home. Go to get out the food and we were shorted half our food and no sauce. Had to go back and get the rest of our food. The workers did not seem to care about anything. Which on one hand I understand costumers can suck and they probably hate their job like most people. But not all customers suck and are horrible. But with that being said I have never had anything but issues when I go to this McDonalds. I would not recommend.

Thia is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. It's the closest to my house and that's the only reason I go to it. I try to avoid it asuch as possible. They are not professional, they mess up the order 9/10xa that I go there, they are rude, the wait just to even have your order taken is ridiculous. Idk how they are even still open. An example of the horrible service is, I went there yesterday got 5 of the $5 specials and a pack of apple slices. Told them no mustard on the burgers asked for sweet and sour and ranch sauce. Every one of the burgers had mustard, there was no sauces or napkins in the bag and when I tried to call up there no one answered. I called about 5-6xs. I just tried to call again and the girl hung up on me as I was explaining what happened, then I tried to call back 2xs and no answer again. I wasted my money on bad food and bad service. They need to just go ahead and shut this one down. The workers don't care about those jobs or the customers and it definitely shows.

The womens bathroom is usually pretty clean, the dinning room is kinda small and they have eliminated the soda fountain, so you have to stand in line and wait with everyone else to get a refill and you have to pay for it, they tend to mess up every other order and almost always have to either take it back to them and get it fixed or just eat it like it is, that's if they even remembered to put it in the bag or maybe they just don't read the expediter ticket that tells them what the order is, and how they want it to be prepared. Cause I don't know how many times I have repeated my order and had them repeat it back to only have missing items and prepared incorrectly per instruction, and when that happens which is too often on top of it I receive attitude and it's a hassle to get an order replaced on a different day, cause they don't write your name in the book like they used to so if you don't have your receipt or if you wait more than the next day they have a hard time replacing it, and the fries are always soggy and cold with way too much salt and some of the time they are not salted enough, but mostly they're never cooked enough, the shake machine is always broken or down not running,
Everyone was nice this morning. No sassy mouthed gossip. Attentive to what I needed. Usually I get a look before they turn and walk away. Sandwich and bag weren't covered in grease and oil. And my order was hot and accurate Checked all the good boxes. I hope they are working on having this done at all hours.

Service wasn’t to bad they just don’t bring your food to your table like they are supposed to. My biggest complaint was the people begging for money in the lobby and others brining in food from quick trip to eat inside instead of being a paying customer.

I'm sick of this location and won't be back. One fry worker was more interested in the ice cream she was eating then actually making fries for waiting customers....
