Went in the A/C was set t0 55 atleast, ordered food waited for 25 minutes before we even saw our food they missed a snack wrap and neither of our drinks were correct or had ice. Multiple people waiting to be helped locked eyes with the staff and they just kept waddling around.

I had ordered a quarter pounder with cheese at the mcdonalds on Madison ave in Granite city, and it was not done at all, it was red all through the burger. I fed it to the cats that live outside.

I put in an online order via the app at 9:21 pm. It is now 9:51 pm and I haven't seen any movement in the drive through while I seen 4 different employees in the drive through window playing and having a great time. This is unacceptable by any standard. I will be calling management in the morning.
