I didn't rec what i ordered. He charged me for large without my permission. He never asked me the size. Food was cold. Very disappointing visit. I had to feed 2 young children so i didn't have the time or capacity to go back. My wait in drive through was unbelievable just to place the order. Then i had to wait long time for the wrong cold food.

Ordered for curbside pickup and nobody came out for 35 minutes so I went inside and nobody would come to the front counter. After another 15 minutes someone finally came up and I told them I’d been waiting for it, they said they’d be right back and another 15 minutes later I got my food. All cold. First time I’ve stopped at this location and will not be back. Not after waiting an hour and 5 minutes for nuggets and a burger.

At first my girlfriend and I went in to the store to use the restroom, when a nice elderly lady unlocked it for us because after standing in the lobby for 10 minutes with me service as people passed by. The bathrooms were disgusting!!! Horrible smell. Then after that we went back to the lobby tried to order food, again standing there for about another 10 minutes when people passed by and no one provided service. So we went through the drive thru, when they rang our order up wrong, argued with us about it and over a large fry, when the young man in the window had a very bad attitude and slammed the window. Very gross and unprofessional place!!!

I asked for a double fish meal with the tartar sauce on the side. Why did I get my sandwich with tartar sauce on it and a container with tartar sauce in it? The fish was dry all around the edges so I had to dip it in the extra tartar sauce to get some moisture in it.

I couldn't make my own drink because they make it behind the counter, I'm fine with that, but I asked the employee to add a splash of Fanta Orange ? soda to my Hi-Ci ? &she rolled her ?️?️ 's at me, & she didn't do it so I let that go. I asked for my Fish filet meal to be cooked to order, fries were cold so I asked for Hot ?,from another employee which so had no problem & she didn't take the cold ?'s kudos to her??& is she was my race.

The manager was cool prompt and guick.A customer had a complaint and he solved it quickly and he kept serving the people. Great job, bro!!! I didn't see your name badge. ? He deserves some type of compensation.Parking: Maybe 50 spots
It was absolutely horrible. I ordered ahead, and it was like I had 14 people in front of me in line, then I didn't even get everything big let down. I won't go there again.

I ordered a McRib via the mobile app, for curbside. They were extremely busy so I expected a long wait. However, after 25 minutes an employee approached my car to tell me they didn’t have the McRib. He did not ask what I wanted instead or attempt to apologize. I informed him of my replacement order and he left. After another 5 minutes I finally received my order. Again, no apology was given. I have given this location multiple chances over the years but this was the final. The service I received was unacceptable.

I ordered 40 something dollars worth of food, I was missing 2 burgers so I sat to washout for food and check my bag thoroughly, but as I'm doing so I hear the lady that wanna be a man with the long dreads talking loud and crazy about me all because I'm checking my bag and they forgot my burgers,,, so I told her that she need to respect adults and stay in a women place.... So I suggest yall talk to (her/ wanna be him) before she do the same thing to the wrong person and someone get hurt,, cause I'm a good guy and I wanted to jump through the window on her... But respect goes a long way especially at a work place and I will never return to this location again
