Service is absolute garbage. I work in fast food and this place is garbage. My boyfriend placed a mobile order, i get to the window and tell her I had a mobile order, she says "The systems are down". Okay, that's understandable, but what is stopping her from making the order with proof or purchase? So I ask if I can show her the mobile ticket and the list of items and she shouts, "THE STSTEMS ARE DOWN, GOOD NIGHT MA'AM" If I can prove we payed for something then the systems being down isn't the issue, its the fact that you don't care enough to give basic customers service when it matters. I am more than tolerant with people, I get that not everyone finds life easy, but this is just disrespect.

Good clean place to grab a bite to eat!! Sometimes service could speed up and get orders right, hot, and out quicker. Lower prices again would be great!!!

I waited a half hour just for two burgers a fry and a shake. The shake? Not even close to mixed. They didn't give me a receipt at the kiosk either of course. Wasted time and money for sure

Drive through. I typically go through twice a week for breakfast. It's usually the same folks working the drive-through, and they're all very friendly.

This new manager is a joke. Thos store really started to get better last year, but since the old guy started there I can't stand this location any more. The lies, poor business practices, lack of morals and customer service. If the owner of the franchise sees this, fire that man and bring back whoever was there before because holy F, does this store suck now. If it wasn't the only place near by woth ok ish prices you'd get zero customers with how it's being ran.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to my entire life every time you go through this place they get your order wrong and then when you call the tell them about it they just say we're human no human shouldn't make a million mistakes every time you go through a drive-thru do your job this is the worst worst McDonald's in the whole area do not go there You Will be disappointed
If I could give zero stars I would. After working from 6 am-3pm, then spending almost 2 hours trick or treating with my kids it was late we were all tired and I wanted to get them a quick bite to eat. I pulled into the drive thru around 7:48 pm and placed my order. Finally around 8:11pm I was able to pay for my food. The only reason I did not leave was because my child begged me to stay. Also, I already paid for my food. Finally at about 8:36 pm I was almost to the food windows. When I got to the window the kid asked me for my receipt. Takes a little bit to get my food at that point we had almost sat in the drive thru for an hour. I get the food just relieved I can finally go home. I get home and my poor child is almost in tears because after all that her chicken sandwich looks like the pictures uploaded. I try to call and not only is there no answer but the mailbox is full. I called the next day at around 4pm and talked to a manager named Kia. She told me that they are having freezer problems and needed to get rid of the food so it doesn't go to waste. ? She told me I could come get another sandwich. I am going to chalk this up to a loss but I'm definitely never coming to this location again. My total was $28 and some change plus all the gas that ran out of my tank waiting for some food that will possibly make my child sick. Smh why would I come get a chicken sandwich from you if you just admitted your freezer is having issues. Please get retrained in safe food handling. You are going to make people sick.
