Almost EVERYTIME I order form this location most of the fries are either overdone and hard!!! I usually order it off DoorDash like they are so lazy up there!!! You can clearly tell the fries are overdone they just don’t care, also the burgers they make taste disgusting most of them time you really have to rear at and early time from this location because in the afternoon and night they just don’t care and throw whatever into the bag

Never very great service. Literally waited at speaker for like 3 minutes all the pull around at a window that Noone at but I can see workers standing there, goofing around with their headset in their hands. CraY crazy cray! So I pulled forward bcuz now the lines being held up and Noone infront of me, 5 cars behind. And the 2 or 3 workers at the window were extremely ignorant until I told them that Noone was at the 1st window (they didn't even know that TIL I TOLD THEM!) Geez louiseeeeee! If I could rate mcds by location 2 stars for this restaurant on Johnson Rd, in Granite City, IL. Thumbs wayyyy down.

I was so excited about the snack wraps being back. I love them crispy and NO SAUCE. No ranch...I had to say it like 4 times. She confirmed ...I get home... Only to take a huge bite out of a tiny SLIMY lettuceless - 1 piece of cheese DISGUSTING RANCH FILLED WRAP. What is wrong with this staff here!? Ruined my entire experience more than once but this was my final straw!!!! My dog won't even eat it. Disappointed is an understatement ☹️

Hubby just went thru drive thru on Johnson Road. Was asked to pull in over to the side because they didn't have any meat cooked. Sat there for about 20 minutes and someone brought out a bag - 2 triple cheeses - one with onions only and a basket of fries the guy said and what Hubby ordered. Got home and looked - it was a large box of chocolate chip cookies with some one else name on it. He going back to get money back. Tried calling 15 times and no one answers. Let you know what happens. What is going on with service in Granite City?
Sat in the drive thru for 38 minutes. There were only 5 cars in front of me. No one ever came to the payment window to take my money. Eventually pulled up to the next window and watched the employees, and manager, goofing around, making food and drinks and eating it themselves, looking at me then walking away. People behind me were honking, others were pulling out of line. Eventually I lost my patience and drove off. Went to Jack in the Box and they had my food in 4 minutes. Never going to this McDonalds again.
