My family and I had been ordering from this location for over 10 years. Since the beginning of 2025, however, we’ve had more than just a few bad experiences with delivery. When I went to the location in person, the manager wouldn’t come out of the office. All the staff looked about 16 years old and gave me multiple, conflicting answers to the same questions. I called corporate, but no one ever reached out—though I did receive an email offering free cheese sticks.
My family and I haven’t ordered from this location since our last bad experience—and there have been several. Do yourself a favor and order from Rosati’s; they have better ingredients and better service. I feel bad for the employees who have to work at this location.

The ordering system is terrible! I called and was on hold for 30 minutes when I decided to walk into the store. They wanted to charge me almost twice as much what I usually pay because they don't have the same specials in store. I was still waiting on hold while I was in the store so I waited to get the better price and when they finally answered they transferred me to the store I was still standing in and they still couldn't give me the special I wanted. Makes no sense at all!

For some reason the last three orders has been sent to doordash even though I order directly from Papa John's. Papa John's should employ enough drivers to do their deliveries instead of Outsourcing.

By far one of the worst tasting pizzas I've had. Will not be going back. Employees walk around dragging their feet, no one answers phones, noticed 2 employees on their cell phones. Don't order from this location.

Got a notification that our food was ready we headed up there and it in fact was not ready they just making it as well walked in door one girl had her hair down no hairnet was tossing her head back and forth as she was tossing the pizza dough she was also touching her glasses,her face, money, boxes she did not once wash her hands before she touched anything

Everytime I call their computers are down. So they transferred me to someone else who said they don't take orders over the phone and hung up on me.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. The delivery was scheduled at 11AM. I happened to be in the store at 11:05 picking up a separate order when I received a text stating that my delivery at work would not arrive until 11:35. As I am standing at the counter, a delivery driver walks in to pick up my delivery. Why would I pay for delivery and tip on a meal that will be 35 minutes late? I had co-workers schedule their lunch around this. I was still charged for delivery and tip even though I picked the second order up myself since I was in the store anyway. I never received a call ack from management about my experience. Could not even get anyone to answer the phone the following day. Their service at this franchise is terrible.

First the wrong order was delivered to my house and then you can’t even replace it correctly. Our pizza was supposed to be all meats plus mushrooms only on half and our boneless hot wings came like this. A drizzle of sauce and only meats on half the pizza and only mushrooms on the other.
