My first order was screwed up badly, so I called to get it fixed. They agreed to replace my order, but the replacement was a joke. How has someone not come in to fix the repeated screwups???

Incredibly rude employees. I was here to pick up a doordash order and they thought my name was one of the people I was picking up for, her name was Vallerie. Then one loudly announced "she's over here making fun of this doordasher for her name and was wrong" it was a chunky man with brown hair and a woman with eyebrow piercings and a pink ponytail. The employees should really have nametags. There is no reason for people to loudly and publicly be disrespectful. (1/21/24 around 6:20)

Early today I got pizza pasta and wings well I'm just now opening the pasta and it looks like this shit was eaten out of and if not, wtf did I pay for HELL NO, whatever you do, DO NOT go here. If i could give 0 stars I would. We got our pizza and pasta today (chicken alfredo bowl is pasta-when i called they tried saying this wasn't pasta) and when we opened the pasta bowl it was half eaten. When i called they said there wasn't anything they could do because they haven't had a complaint like that before and then i was hung up on.

Terrible customer service ordered food to my word. And they claim they couldn't get in contact with me. Took my food back and told me. It would be 3 to 5 business days before I got my money returned to me thanks a lot.

This service is extremely poor I ordered a pizza and garlic knots at 5:45pm and it was never delivered! Never again will I use this service again as long as I live. You guys have a lot of work to do in order to better serve your customers. Thanks for nothing.

Not long ago when I got out of the hospital I couldn't drive so I called Papa John's in Granite City to deliver. Long story short, The driver rang my doorbell 10 minutes later, now I ordered wings and bites and a pizza, well the pizza got there and it was half cooked that accounts for the 10 minutes to show up at the door so I called up Papa John's in Granite City The manager was very very rude and told me that I need to drive up there to bring their pizza back and he would see what he could do when I told him I can't drive he told me there's nothing he can do about it. I asked what his name was he told me he didn't have to give me his name and hung up on me. I'm just guessing now but seems to me the manager felt that by rushing the pizza through the oven he could decrease his delivery times and decrease the delivery backlog. Won't be going there againThen I emailed corporate and they gave me a phone number to record my comments so I also recorded my comments and sent them to them. They said they would contact me within 24 to 48 hours that was a couple weeks ago I've still heard nothing back from them, so sad, used to be a good place but not no more.
